It was away from the more busy streets, making it peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the solace.

Roland war sehr zuvorkommend. Schon vor unserer Ankunft hat er uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben um den Verkehr von Cebu zu umgehen. Dazu hat er uns auch noch vor der regulären Check-In Zeit in die Wohnung gelassen. Als wir dann da waren hat er uns mit allen Informationen versorgt, sodass wir uns direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Der Blick aus dem Master-Schlafzimmer war übrigens Arie Kirsche auf der Sahnhaube 🤗 Vielen Dank dafür!

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

Regien was very responsive and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. We are thankful he took us in even with our very last minute booking since we had problems with our previous reservation. The place was very clean and the caretaker provided us the things we need. The place and the view outside the balcony was lovely. We will definitely come back again

Cindy picked us up from the airport and brought us back to the airport after checking out at 3am(!). She's was perfectly on time as wel. I highly recommend Cindy as a landlord! Thanks for letting us stay and and being so helpful

The apartment suited our needs for an extended stay. The aircon was cold. The shower was hot. The wifi worked and the TV was brandnew with many features. The beds were comfortable. The clothes washing machine worked great. The location was close to shopping for food and very safe and secure.

Mids Tiny was a superb host! We had loads of welcome essentials and our pug Habib even had a treat! She was detailed and responsive to our queries and concerns and even had a video call with her so she can address minor issue. Her place has everything we need! The neighbors were quiet also and loved our dog. Will definitely come back!

Great place. I was a bit concerned about the outside neighborhood but don't let it put you off. Completely safe and the community inside the condo complex is amazingly friendly. I liked the spot so much that I decided to get a long term rental there.

Well located apartment (everything as described and as seen in the photos). Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Communication with the host was very quick and easy. The host was very friendly and helpful. We spent 7 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

Cozy Stay with Great Comfort – But a Car is Recommended I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is cozy, clean, and comes with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning works really well, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s located inside a subdivision, so it’s quiet and secure, but you’ll need a car or ride to get around more easily. The good news is there are small convenience stores within the subdivision for quick needs. The playground is well-maintained and great for kids. The only downside was that the swimming pool wasn’t very clean during our stay. Still, I would definitely book this home again if we ever visit Cebu — it’s also conveniently close to the airport, which is a big plus!

Place is great for family and barkada getaway.

Vanessa's place is very beautiful, clean and with very good amenities. We found it to be very quiet and comfortable. The Airbnb is within walking distance to a 7/11, several restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the Ayala Central Bloc mall. I would definitely recommend Vanessa's place to anyone looking for an affordable, clean and conveniently located place to stay in Cebu.

We had a wonderful full month stay at the place. The place was big and so was the TV, hot shower was indeed hot, hot! Washer was a big plus and also we like it that we were able to cook whenever we feel like it. Internet was fast too. Staffs were really friendly and helpful and accommodating. Pool has always been open daily and clean. They also have someone clean ur place once a week and sheets, towels replaced which is really great! Only bit of a downside is getting around the malls but you can always ask the guard to get you taxi and they are there almost immediately. Dont take grab tho cos theyd be a bit costly. There's a mini mart right around the corner which is a good 5 mins walk. So far, our stay has nothing but have been great and it was worth more than what we paid for! Thanks for having us!

Mixed-Use Complex There’s a grocery store and casual dining on the first floor, plus a kids’ café on the second—so convenient! Friendly Host The host is amazing—responds to messages within 5 minutes!

I’m truly happy with my 9-night stay. Chuchu was incredibly accommodating, and the property is absolutely lovely. It genuinely feels like a home away from home.

Mon's place is clean and worth the price. Feels like home,peaceful and safe. Spacious suitable for family stay. The place is near Nustar Mall, lantaw resto and Il corso. Recommendable.

It's my first time in Cebu and I had the best time staying at this unit. It was clean, and located in the best location in the city. would definitely stay here again for sure. Miss Gayle and Miss Marie was very responsive to my queries from checkin to check out. Everything was in order and they made sure to accommodate to my questions. This is an amazing place to stay. The security is well-managed. I made a last-minute reservation, but the host, Nin, responded quickly. I truly appreciate it. The room was very clean. The only thing that concerned me was the smell from the drain. It might be an issue for those staying long-term. However, you can use the aroma humidifier in the room, and the smell won’t be a problem. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Worth recommended! What I love about Miss Nanette place is the view outside the window. It is so relaxing everytime I see the trees all color green. Also their CR is huge and very clean. Miss Nanette is so friendly and helpful, she make sure that everything that I requested is there and she made it sure that I will be comfortable. She is pro active as well. The community are so friendly especially the guards and the utility staff.

We had a pleasure in staying at Joy's place in Amalfi Oasis for 5 days. Very convenient around SRP and great restaurants at iL Corso and SM sea side. A WYSIWYG place. Communication was excellent when we ask for an early check-in, proactive recommendations, and instructions. Highly recommend for a family who wanted to have a quiet place with amenities. kid's had fun in the pool. they have available gym also, but if you want to run outdoors, CDM is 5mins walk where runners and cyclists go.
