Guests are welcome to use the terrace, the garden, and the BBQ area . Please note, that the house dosn't have a swimmingpool . Beaches and natural pools nearby.

At the end of March to the beginning of April, we were in this beautifully located house for 1 week. We have enjoyed the tranquility, a fantastic view of the ocean, and a lovely house. Communication with Cornelia was super smooth and the reception and check-out went perfectly. A pleasure to spend a week here!

We just spent 10 days at Alexej's. A very kind, very responsive and generous host. Her house is beautiful, very bright, with everything you need and impeccable bedding for the back. The garden is also very pretty, with lots of flowers, full of scents, and a sunset view of the breathtaking sea. 2 restaurants are within walking distance (15 mins) .Frankably, the best place to stay is at Alexej's ❤️ We recommend to anyone looking for the calm, serenity and kindness of the best host 😉

The house was nicer than in the pictures. Clean and tidy. Nice view of the sea. The bathroom on the second floor was nice but a bit inconvenient. The volcano is right up from the house, important to know for those who don't like it. Great value for money.

Beautiful garden and mountain view, so many flowers and always changing skies 👌🏼😊 Very private and peaceful. Waking up was a real pleasure. And great sunsets La Placita is well equipped and with some colder evenings in may the wood burner was very nice. Great shower and comfortable matras in double bed. Great place to stay, hikes nearby. Communication with Christian was very easy. We had a great time there 💚
