Absolutely loved this place, felt at home instantly. Great kitchen/diner with everything you need. Toilet separate to bathroom. Room for two cars to park on the property, quiet and peaceful with thoughtful touches like magazines, art and a cool DVD selection. A great example of mid century architecture. Lovely house, same as pictures. Beds are comfortable as well. Have a good sleep here for 3 nights. Kitchen full of equipment for cooking as well. The house only have fire wood heater and might not for everyone. The house insulation is good, would not feel so cold at night even fire wood heater is not light.

Carly’s place is beautiful ! The house is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is very nice and has all the basic things that you need. The views were beautiful and we could spot the deers from the deck it was magical. Would absolutely recommend! We had a amazing stay

We were looking for a relaxing family trip and that is exactly what we got. Amazing views great location and was nice to have a spa for the cold days. Airbnb was also really well stocked in the kitchen and streaming services on the TV. Will definitely stay here again, quite expensive as we were only five people but would definitely be more worth it with a slightly bigger group!

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—communication was immediate, and they kindly provided a rice cooker when we asked, which was very thoughtful. On our last day, they even arranged a quiet space for our boys to study for their exam, and we really appreciated that extra consideration. The place was cozy and well-equipped. The heater in the living room kept us nice and warm, and the small kitchen, though compact, was neat and had everything we needed to cook comfortably. The shower was also warm and refreshing, perfect after a long day. Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming stay. Highly recommended!

Great place with a good feel to it. Beautiful gardens. Perfect location for a few days fishing on the Tongariro river just 50m away. The outstanding Hare & Copper Eatery is just round the corner for dinner. Beds and bedding were all super comfortable. Would definitely book again. Thank you Jocelyn for being an excellent host.

Second time staying there. A great over nighter. A warm welcome by hosts Fee and Gra and their dog Piper. Make you feel right at home. Relaxed in the spa after walking our dog to the beach behind the house, then nice quiet evening indoors. Love coming to this place. Easy to maintain and you have own place and space. We had a great stay at the Station House apartment. The location was ideal to Victoria Ave, and so handy to have an allocated carpark available! The apartment itself was very chic, clean and comfortable. Brian and Tracy provided really clear comms for check-in instructions, finding the place, etc. It was a great spot and I would stay there again when in Whanganui next.

Extremely well equipped, cosy & easy to live in. The spa pool is very private and the location is great for walking to either of the Ohakune hubs.

We stayed there for two nights because we wanted to be near the Tongariro crossing. It ended up being cancelled because of poor weather so we ended up staying in the place for the day and made dinner using their kitchen. We found their place very relaxing and we did the crossing the day after. In the evening, we had an issue with the power but Brian responded swiftly and got the power back online. Great stay!

A good relaxing stay.

A wonderful place to stay. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 night stay. Rick was amazing to deal with and very quick and clear communication. We'll definitely return soon.

Hands down one of the best BnBs I’ve stayed in a while. I was travelling with my parents and they loved it. Central location. Easy parking. Great host. Definitely recommend Neal’s place if visiting palmy.

Highly recommend!! Karina is so friendly, helpful, and makes you feel you right at home as soon as you arrive. Clean apartment, with all amenities you would need for a few nights stay. Great size for 2 couples and dog. Great location also, within walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive up to Te Mata peak walk. Thank you for having us!

Your property looks immaculate, the garden beautiful with autumn leaves and bird song. Very easy check in and wonderful ammenities.
