My favorite place in the world! Casa Jaguarundi is the best - beautiful art, great kitchen, comfy rooms, private skate bowl, big yard, + a BBQ area! It’s the perfect escape for a surf trip or to chill with friends/family. The host and housekeeper are super helpful, always checking in to make sure your stay is great + they have all the local tips! The real magic is the location. The house is just steps from what feels like a private beach. You walk through a magical mangrove path that opens up to a gorgeous stretch of beach with an epic wave. With no houses in sight and very few people, it truly feels like your own little slice of paradise. If you want a change of pace, the nearby towns are a nice beach walk or quick drive away. They’ve got tasty restaurants, cute boutiques, great waves, and maybe even some live music. Everyone in the area is super kind and welcoming. This was my 3rd time back and I can’t wait to return! It’s the perfect place to reset and recharge + catch some surf!

Very good place to stay, as shown in the photos. Perfectly clean and according to our needs, spectacular to stay between friends or family as it has everything to cook and be comfortable. Good location and safe, I felt very safe and carefree, there is a mini market and restaurants nearby

Every once in a while, a host truly stands out—Harry is one of those rare gems. We're seasoned beachgoers, but his "jungle bungle" retreat offered a different kind of magic: cool, serene, and wrapped in the wild charm of nature. The mornings were filled with birdsong, a natural symphony that made each day feel like a blessing. The rooftop gardens were a highlight—lush, peaceful, and perfect for sipping coffee or watching the sun shift through the trees. Harry's warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel so well taken care of. Thank you, Harry, for creating such a soulful, unforgettable sanctuary. We’ll carry the spirit of this place with us until we return.

The very friendly host, was attentive to anything we needed and the facilities in the house were quite comfortable and the perfect space for a large group of people
