Beautiful apartment, it was in a great location near some fantastic restaurants and 5 mins from the beach. Really enjoyed our stay

We had an amazing stay at Duc's place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Duc was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. she provided us with detailed instructions about the city and recommendations for local events, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

It was a good choice for a family trip. The resort's shared pool and beach are also within walking distance. The place was clean and spacious as shown in the photos. The host is also nice. I was able to communicate in Korean. Thanks to you, we had a great family trip.

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ Communication with the owner was smooth, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during the trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the two marts in front, Byeonmi, Kong Cafe, and a Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was close, so we could play in the water, and the swimming pool in the accommodation was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you're worried about large family accommodation, I recommend it~^^

Pros: It is a wooden house near the Danang coastline. I use the whole house and the atmosphere is good. Cons: You have to close the door well in the evening to avoid mosquitoes or bugs. The bathroom is one in the bedroom on the 2nd floor and is not well drained - > I sent someone 30 minutes after inquiring, so I took care of the mosquito repellent and drain (still insufficient drainage) General Pyeong: Use a spacious house with the best atmosphere with nature. If you don't like bugs, mosquitoes, or if you like hotels,

The trip ended with a very pleasant feeling about the accommodation. The house was spacious with many amenities, and air conditioning throughout. My Khe Beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and there were many supermarkets nearby, and the place was also close to a bustling local market. The location was very valuable, and the host was very kind. I will return here again.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

It's one of the best properties. It can be compared to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. For breakfast, it's much better to just go out and eat because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard on duty, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were noisy or there was no noise. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance is meaningless because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. Especially for 5-6 people, it can be the best choice.

It was very spacious and pleasant, so it was good for 2 families to use. I use a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, but it's okay to use it. They also bring you a towel right away when you request it. If I come to Da Nang again, I will visit again.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
