We had an amazing stay at Duc's place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Duc was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. she provided us with detailed instructions about the city and recommendations for local events, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Couldn't recommend it more!All the facilities, equipment, and supplies are better than the chain luxury hotels I've stayed in before, and the price is very cost-effective. Everything is very good and perfect. The washing machine and dryer are very good. You can use the rooftop swimming and the laundry room to clean your clothes. Soundproofing and comfortable bedding are very friendly to us with poor sleep quality The facilities and decoration are similar to the Ritz Carlton I stayed in on Koh Samui, so it is very cost-effective

Leila & her husband are very helpful in everything. Her house is worth every penny. The location is nice if you want a peaceful area with cheap restaurants and convenience store around. Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

I went to Da Nang for the first time and it was a really satisfying accommodation. You can also walk to the beach, and all nearby Korean marts and Korean restaurants are all within walking distance!! I had a good stay without any inconvenience!! I'll visit again even if it's different!

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

A convenient and homey place to stay in Da Nang. It is very near the beach and a a short walk to many places (Restaurants, Coffee shops Mini Marts, etc.) Shelby was a very responsive host and attentive to all our needs. I would.highly recommend his Pad to anyone traveling to Da Nang looking for a safe, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Everything is very convenient. The location is perfect. There is everything you may need nearby ( shops, restaurants, sea, entertainment, spa) Despite the location in the very center, the house is in a quiet alley and you can sleep very well. excellent air conditioners, good water pressure. nice terrace inside the house. the house has everything you need. I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

It's one of the best properties. It can be compared to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. For breakfast, it's much better to just go out and eat because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard on duty, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were noisy or there was no noise. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance is meaningless because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. Especially for 5-6 people, it can be the best choice.

It was very spacious and pleasant, so it was good for 2 families to use. I use a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, but it's okay to use it. They also bring you a towel right away when you request it. If I come to Da Nang again, I will visit again.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Really made our stay in Da Nang convenient and stress-free. From Airport Transport and private transfer to tourist attractions, to answering our questions even if it's already late at night, Ms. An and Sir Linh made our vacation memorable. Their AirBnB is very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we need (including hanger and towels !!) which is a plus as we don't need to buy those :>>. This is my first time using AirBnB as a place to stay in another country and I was not disappointed. Thank you! :)
