Backpacker ecofriendly environment. Awesome views of El Yunque. 2 Minutes to rainforest and only 10 minutes to the local beaches and town of Luquillo. We are 45 minutes to the ferries that will take you to Culebra and Vieques. Private property with chickens, 2 cats and a dog named Cayo. Our personal home is on the property. We are close by for any assistance. We have lots of fruits & vegetables (passion fruit, bananas, pineapple, mangos..). We are striving to be as low impact as possible.

You can find horse back riding and go carts only at 10 minutes and enjoy fun time at Sector Sixty6 in the Outlet Mall at only 15 minutes and excellent restaurants. Wonderful trip to PR and the Villas in Rio Mar. Family of 5, kids 9, 12, and 15 and we had a great 5 day trip. Golf cart was so helpful, beach was great, hotel was close with restaurants - snorkeling and el Yunque were within a short drive. Host was very quick to help and guide - so important! We would definitely go again!

Ody and Tom were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their property in cluster 2 of Rio Mar. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool. Myself, my husband, and our infant daughter recently stayed here and we really enjoyed our time! The apartment is nicely updated/decorated and clean. We felt very safe in the apartment and on the property. It is a beautiful location. We loved the pools and the, essentially, private beach. Having the resort within a short walk was very convenient. The host is very responsive (often answering my messages within minutes) and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice host and accommodating. There was an island wide power outage while I was there and the host ran a generator through the night so I would have lights and a fan to keep cooler. It’s a great location if you want to be near natural landscapes, El Yunque or Luquillo Beach.
