House holiday rentals in Mameyes II

Our stay here was perfect, from the moment we booked until the day we left it was absolutley amazing. The house was super clean, provided ample linens and had the necessary utensils to cook with. The pool was perfect and always clean and refreshing. The neighbors were great, even our morning roosters grew on us by the time we left. We would absolutley book again with Lee, it was totally worth it. We had a party of 7 and we were comfortable. The property was surrounded with gates and beautifully landscaped. We always felt safe. We wish we could have stayed longer, definitely looking forward to booking again!

I was quite impressed with the location the views from the roof are amazing there plenty of activities to do in the Airbnb. We enjoyed the time that we spent in the Airbnb. I wish we could’ve spent more time. We spent a lot of our time touring the island back-and-forth to old San Juan, returning to the Airbnb was very relaxing only negative for me is that I spent a little time there!

Absolutely phenomenal rental and Ashley is awesome! The home was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved every moment. Ashley was super responsive, super clear, and helpful when we needed anything! I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, bigger than what we thought. Great views of hole #6 of the Ocean Course. Very convenient to walk to the beach and hotel. From hotel took the shuttle to Tennis & Golf.

Daniel & Ana were very responsive. We had a few hiccups but things were taken care of promptly. The location is not on maps so there is only longitude and latitude used for directions, which after understanding it’s in 600 acres of private land it made sense. The big brown gate was easy to use and created even more security and privacy. It was great with lots of trails in the facility next door that does horse back riding, forest atv riding, restaurants, and more. We were fortunate to have bumped into Daniel and he took us on a quick ride into the acres of the estate. Incredible! We will most definitely return. Also note you are in horse territory, so there are stables everywhere including down the hills of the estate. They are all private residences so vacationers should be respectful of the people taking care of the horses. Our only minor bummer were noseeums. Mosquito spray was provided - you are in a rainforest - but honestly we didn’t have many. Definitely would recommend!

This is an unbelievable place, better than expected. I definitely book again this beautiful place. We had a blast and you never gets bored. It worth the price!

Pedro and Marisol were exceptional hosts from the first inquiry to after we had checked out. They were so attentive and helpful, even sourcing a Christmas meal for my family as we arrived late at night on the Holiday. They had set the table specially for Christmas dinner and their passion and care for the property throughout was evident. It was comfortable, not too much decor and not overly themed. The aesthetics were appropriate for the property while clean and simple. We found the property spotless! The check in process was tricky, until we carefully reread the instructions, where Marisol and Pedro walked us through. I appreciated the security of the property, I was traveling alone with my kids and felt incredibly safe. The kitchen is well stocked, and we made use of the two kitchens for meals at home. Plenty of space to spread out, and the views of el Yunque from the balcony were stunning. The gentleman who came to care for the horses was respectful of our space and no issue.

I'm originally from the island and this place make me feel like home. Closed to everything, easy to find and a easy way in and out to diferents location on the same area.

I did not know what to expect with this Airbnb but I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful, spacious, accommodating it was for a large family. Josefina was the perfect host in that she immediately contacted me when the island experienced an electrical shut off. She was friendly, informative and made herself available to our needs. The location is spectacular and my family was over the moon in blissfulness. They said that for our next vacation we can only go to Josefina's. The location is perfect because of the easy access to the highway, stores and restaurants. I can't say enough of how happy I am to have rented Josefina's place. There will be no other home that we will rent. Until our next vacation!!! My rating is AAA++++++

I had such a great stay here! The apartment is right inside El Yunque, so the views were incredible - totally surrounded by nature. It actually looks even better than the photos, super clean and cozy. The pool was way bigger than I expected, and the waterfall feature was such a nice touch. The host was really responsive and adjusted the pool temp and waterfall within minutes every time I asked. Overall, it was such a peaceful and unique experience. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

Words cannot capture the calm and beauty of this house and the space that surrounds it; the Yunque rainforest to the sheep farm next door (and a pig family) makes it worth the stay, as if you’re alone in the rainforest. Alejandro and his dad were extremely attentive when there were rolling power outages (which the entire island experienced); they kept in communication with us and made sure we were good in the apartment with the generator, and went out of their way to bring us a treat for the inconvenience (which btw was no fault of their own and was a kind gesture). Small things make this house great: new appliances, a backyard with different activities to entertain: multiple swings, seesaw, grill, with a pool. The house decor reflects representations of Puerto Rico: rainforest, beach, Spanish culture. Great location: 35min from SJU, 10 min from Luquillo Beach/kioscos. This house did not disappoint and I look forward to staying there again. Thank you Alejandro! 🙏🏼

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was comfortable and clean, though it was a bit tricky to find at first. Once I got there, everything was perfect. There was a small issue with the bathroom when I arrived, but the host was super responsive and took care of it quickly. They also replied to all my questions promptly, which made the experience much easier. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Our stay at the Beach House was a wonderful experience and made for a memorable family vacation. This year, we explored Puerto Rico, and the Beach House in Luquillo was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids. The location was amazing, with the beach just steps away. A bonus was the nearby hotel bar open to the public, offering a convenient spot to relax. Be sure to bring bug spray, as mosquitoes can be an issue being close to El Yunque Rainforest, but precautions help minimize bites. The house was well-stocked with essentials like beach towels, toys, and a large freezer for extra storage. The rooms were spacious and equipped with excellent air conditioning, ensuring comfort. I highly recommend the Beach House; its location is beautiful and offers easy access to San Juan, making it a perfect base for exploring.

Beautiful home and property. Host reply time was less than 5 minutes. Home Equip with everything that's needed. Clean and quiet area. The property is surrounded by multiple fruit and vegetable trees , also Beautiful flowered bushes . Definitely would recommend this place to family and friends. The house has so many other amenities besides the AMAZING views all around. House was very clean. We also appreciated the helpful local recommendations. Nearby is El Yunque Rainforest, Richie’s restaurant and Kiosk. We would definitely stay here again!

Staying with Joel was a pleasure. The location was perfect, very accommodating and provided great local tips. The house was fabulous for our group. Big and clean. I am so glad i found this beautiful stay in luqillo! I hope to make puerto rico a more frequent vacation destination & this stay at Ricardos will be my too pick! House was beautiful spacious even had a washer and dryer which was so convenient on our last day. We did a lot of excursions so we had a bunch of wet clothes. We stayed up all night in the back patio which was beautiful homey and comfortable! Absolutely loved this home & cant wait to be back. Its close to all excursions around, jet skiing, horse back and atv. San juan is decently close also! Easy drive and nicely secluded.

What can I say the home was very beautiful, very clean, smell very good, clean sheets, the sheets smelled like downy, the host Nelly was great, very responsive. The first house we wanted to actually enjoy it.We loved it and definitely recommend 100/100

Davide at Colinas Del Yunque was a magical little spot in the hills of El Yunque surrounded by natural richness and a calm and tranquil ambience. The view from the patio was unbeatable and breathtaking. The pool was such a lovely touch. The apartment was comfortable and easy to get to. It is not far from restaurants and stores, including the kioskos de Luquillo and the beach. It’s also a nice 20-30 minute drive to San Juan depending on traffic. I would visit again without hesitation. Dalys was excellent, super helpful, courteous, and responsive. Thank you so much for allowing my partner and I to enjoy a peaceful and scenic retreat. The bonus is hearing all the coqui frogs sing at night!

Highly recommended. Excellent area just outside of San Juan… perfect for a quick getaway. Plenty of nearby restaurants, beaches, and things to do but also quiet, peaceful, and away from the hustle and bustle. Olivia was a great host - very friendly and helpful.
