We arrived just fine with the directions he gave us, everything was very good and a nice area. I recommend it and the apartment is really good, everything was very clean and spacious, everything was right.

It was a phenomenal stay, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need to spend the stay. Regarding the area it seemed very accessible and beautiful, it was 10 minutes by car from the port, 30 minutes from Valencia!! To note that we had a barbecue to which we gave a lot of use and for our taste the best of the stay. The host at all times has been very decisive and attentive to us, of course it seems to us that it is totally worth it and more when the weather is good. The only thing I could improve is that there is no wifi as he clearly indicates in the listing and for longer stays would be fine.

Alberto is a fantastic landlord, all the important information described before arrival, check-in was easy, the boat was completely clean, with drinks and snacks. The boat is a little out of the city center, but that was no problem for us. Thank you Alberto!

A wonderful stay in an authentic place, just minutes from the beach, transport, supermarket, perfect for my family. Steep stairs so maybe not ideal for young kids and elderly or mobility issues. For us, couple with older kids, it was perfect. The house was very clean and had well equipped kitchen and living area.

I had a great time at Javier's studio. Everything was very clean and tidy, as described. The location is very good, very close to the beach and a very quiet atmosphere. Highly recommended! I'll be back, thank you!!

We spent four days in this lovely apartment, and had a great time. Just in front of the beach, well equipped. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and we did not need yo rent a car. I definitely recommend and hope to come back.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

Excellent stay in Valencia! We had a very nice time at this place. The apartment is comfortable, clean and very well located to enjoy the beach. From the first moment, the host was very attentive and was always well communicated with us, which we really appreciate. We had a small inconvenience with the wifi, but they quickly offered us an alternative solution. I would recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

The apartment is spacious for 2 people. Quiet predominates. The sea is very close as well as bus lines. Close to Valencia center also accessible by bike. Recommended, we stayed 5 nights.

Nicolas is a fantastic host. Although he does not speak English, he is very communicative and helpful. He let us stay at the house until 7pm, for which we are so grateful. A nice gesture was the refreshments at the entrance, and delicious chocolate donuts for the feast of Fallas. Perfect location. Right after you leave the house, you're on the beach. Tram and bus stops 2-3 minutes from the house. I recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carina's home in Valencia, especially for its location close to the beach. The home had everything we needed, and having a washer/dryer was a major plus as we had been traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks prior to our stay. Carina is a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout our stay. We had no issues with noise in the area at night and there were multiple convenience stores nearby. We realized that the neighborhood does not have the best reputation, but I will note that we felt very safe in Carina's home and when walking through the neighborhood. The locals who greeted us were very friendly, and we exercised only general caution that we would use anywhere else. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most certainly stay here again when we return to Valencia! Thanks again to Carina for being a fabulous host!
