Holiday rentals with a sauna in Maloja District

Great place and beautifully decorated. It is however not walkable to St Moritz (which we knew) so you have to be prepared to drive about 8-10 mins to get to the main place for skiing. Washing machine is not within the apartment so that can be a bit of a pain.

My family (incl three kids from 2-5 years old) really enjoyed our stay in Madulain. The appartment is well located, close to the train station which was very convenient. We felt very much at home. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was very clean. Very useful was the sliding wooden wall that could be used to seperate the sleeping rooms from the living room when the kids slept in the evening. The pool would have been a great asset - unfortunately, for our kids the water was too cold. All in all we had a wonderful stay in Madulain.

A beautiful sunny apartment with everything you need. Everything is practically furnished and well maintained. Our expectations were more than met. I'd love to come back!

For the two of us the place was tip top. Perfect location to go on the ski slope every day.

The apartment was quite comfortable and had more than enough plates, glasses, cooking pots, utensils and towels. The stove was a bit old perhaps but usable. Otherwise everything worked fine and we were quite pleased. It might be easier to have a car as it is a bit away from stores, etc however we did not and it was no problem to walk. There is also a small bakery close by which is helpful. The view from the apartment is great - both up and down the Engadine valley - and it is very quiet and peaceful. All in all we enjoyed our time there very much.

Ezio's apartment was exactly what we wanted and needed, for a family of 4. Close to the city center, walking distance to shops, forest and running track. It was homey and had everything we needed. Ezio was also very helpful as we left an important personal asset in the apartment. We definitely recommend the place.

We had a wonderful ski holiday in Jörg's apartment. The apartment is spacious and really with everything you need perfectly equipped (both in the kitchen and everywhere else!). After skiing, we could first let the evening sun shine in the face on the balcony and then let ourselves go well in the sauna, just brilliant. The ski bus stop is right outside the front door, and also by car it is only 4 minutes to the valley station of the gondola. Jörg always responded quickly and comprehensively, even with helpful tips. We will be happy to come back!

A great place to stay with amazing views of the ski slopes and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is well-equipped and the ski locker room and sauna are a big plus. Many thanks to Nici for having us, we can only recommend her as an excellent host.

We were allowed to spend great holidays in this really beautiful modernly furnished apartment. Beautiful location above the village with a view of Val Rosegg; yet centrally located. We didn't miss anything. Interior design is authentic modern and very successful! We can absolutely recommend the apartment.

Very nice place that finally looks more spacious than in the photos. Very nice decoration and quality of the materials. Very clean, I recommend it without hesitation with the immediate proximity to the alpine ski slopes (for cross-country skiing is a 15-minute walk away). Communication with Barbara always available was easy.

Room was spacious with a good view. Even though the toilet is shared, it is well equipped with a bathtub, big shower and sauna facilities but there is a sink in the room for convenience. The room also came with some snacks and beverages. Elisabeth was also kind and offered to drive us to the train station when we checked out.

We had a great stay over an extended weekend at this place. There are enough bedrooms to not get in the way themselves in large groups, but at the same time great common areas to enjoy time together. The great kitchen is a highlight for every hobby chef and otherwise there is plenty of activity for all ages with hobby room, sauna and pool. The accommodation is in a great location, offers great views and is only 10 minutes from the Savognin ski resort. The communication and organization with Carmen and Luca was always very friendly and fast and all questions were answered quickly. We can only recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back!

I went on a winter vacation there with my family for my birthday. We felt super comfortable. The place is lovingly, cozily and at the same time modernly furnished. Everything was super clean. It has a large table where you can eat and play games together. The sauna was super good! And there was also a small play niche for toddlers. Schmitten was super located to reach Davos or Lenzerheide by bus to do cross-country skiing. We were traveling by public transport. Also in the village itself you could go snowshoeing and also to the Landwasser Viaduct! There was a village shop right across the street where we could really buy everything! We will be happy to come back in the summer!
