Holiday rentals with beach access in Maloja District

Cheas Tschuetta is a beautiful chalet that is equipped with all comforts. The location is ideal for both hikers, skiers and cross-country skiers. Upon arrival we found the apartment in top condition. The staff at VIVA-Ferien are extremely friendly and helpful.

We were here from 6 to 10 Dec, and were lucky to have caught snow on 2 days. Location: the apartment is only 5-7 mins walk to the main shopping area and restaurants. Ski: there is a cable-car up to Corviglia in the main shopping area, which is very convenient. You can rent ski equipment and hire instructors at Corviglia. Ski passes are expensive, so maximise your ski-time. The cable car starts at 7:45am and departs every 15 mins. Apartment: the apartment was clean, modern and bathrooms were fitted with quality fittings. Shower water pressure was excellent. However, they expect you to purchase your own garbage liners and to throw out the rubbish at the end of the stay, and clean out everything. Others: They also issue some coins for discounts at certain places - so far, we have asked around and none of them accepts it.

Lovely, clean apartment in a romantic, quiet mountain village. Communication with landlord was excellent, equipment of the apartment very good, apartment is very suitable for staying with children, it has toys, books, etc. in the apartment and playground nearby. Good connection to St. Moritz and nearby excursion destinations, accessible by public transport and car. Apartment was very clean and well appointed with towels, coffee, etc. The only deficiency: the kitchen is a bit small for 6 people, more than 1 person does not have space in it;-)

We were here for a week in mid-autumn - despite the bad weather forecast, the weather was great :-) The apartment exceeded our expectations. Check in despite delay after a call in the switchboard without problems. Car in underground garage (2 spaces, suitable for van) with elevator, very practical. Apartment on the top floor, house quiet, street in the morning near the center traffic noise, windows but very tight. Baker 1 minute, train station 5 minutes, Coop 10 minutes Equipment: it's everything!!! Available - towels, soaps, dishwashing and cleaning supplies, foils, bags, plastic wrap, coffee capsules, raclette, fondue, books, games, kindling, (logs in the hardware store) The apartment is comfortably warm (adjustable by thermostat, underfloor heating), despite frost we did not have the fireplace on. Bedroom downstairs, beds and linens galactic comfortable, lots of wood. Practical large wardrobe in the entrance. South-facing balcony with 2 deck chairs. Two apartment keys. There are plenty of excursion options, you can already see the mountains at breakfast ( in bad weather a trip to Lake Como). In Samedan you can also use ice skating/ice hockey and the football field with artificial grass in a sports arena (Promulins 10 min). Check out : once in St.Moritz in the office, everything is perfect :-))

Everything worked out fine. The apartment was very quiet but also shaded. It met our expectations.
