Cozy apartment, in connection with a villa in peaceful residential area. 5 minutes walk from the tram, Holtet station. 10 min to Oslo city center by car and 14 min with the tram. Close to the beach (15 min walk, 5 min by car). The apartment has a nice little kitchen, with hot plates, a small oven and fridge. Bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment has a double bed (sleeping alcove) and a sofa bed for two people (the sofa in the photo). Free parking on the street.

The cabin is a part of a half acre large property "Krislund", situated in a quiet place, 200 m from the beach, in an area with old houses and large gardens. View towards Oslo. The ferry to Oslo goes regulary from the tip of Nesodden, 20 min walk. 25 min drive to the amusementpark "Tusenfryd". We live in the mainhouse of the property. Optimal for two persons, possible with four. (The loft-bed is a bit claustrophobic dough fully sized)

Private studio with a view, that is 20 min away on foot from central station and Opera house. It is my kids' room normally but I rent it out as a studio (private entrance, kitchenette and bathroom) when they are away. Nothing is shared with me or someone else. Just for you to know that I am paying taxes from my Airbnb income in full, as I should :)
