The apartment is very comfortable and corresponds exactly to what is shown in the pictures. It is very well located, in a central area that allows you to easily reach different places in the city. The hostess was very attentive, always concerned and with excellent disposition. An excellent option for an enjoyable stay.

Miguel is a very kind person, very good disposition, has a super will and is flexible, which for me, who is not from the area, helped me a lot, totally grateful. On the other hand, the apartment is as advertised, nice, clean and with everything you need to spend the days (the best thing is that I didn't think I'd find a coffee maker and there was one😍) and finally the area where the apartment is located is central, easy to access, close to banks, shops, plaza and places to eat, the view and balcony are great. If I go back to Temuco, I'll stay in Miguel's apartment.

Great place to stay. Good communication with the host with clear instructions for checking-in. The apartment is comfortable and compact but has everything needed for your stay. There is a shopping mall at walking distance, so it is very well located. The area is quiet and you have a nice view to other buildings and hills in the background. I would probably stay again in this place during my next visit.

IMPECCABLE, I highlight that item a lot, which for me is very important. Nice view, a good location. It's the same as the pictures. The hostess is very kind, also the janitors. The gym can be used without problems (it does not have dumbbells or bench, but other very good facilities). Quiet environment. I would highly recommend it.

We are family of four ( 2adults and 2 children- teenagers) enjoyed our stay at this appartment. All was cleaned, new. Nice kitchen with oven with all needed and even much. Erwin was always helping us with advices. We wish Erwin good luck and nice guests🔥

The apartment of Nancy says that it is beautiful is little, everything is very clean, tidy and harmonious. The decor is beautiful, very cozy and comfortable. The dpto is conveniently located within walking distance of Av. Germany and the Portal Mall. Nancy is divine, super attentive very loving, she was very nice to deal with. I definitely already have my place every time I go to Temuco.

Very hot place. There was only one small fan. And it had no light insulation, the blinds were very thin and did not obscure the place. Everything else was great! Thank you so much

Our arrival was a little later than expected, we warn and Gloria I wait for us to welcome us, the dto is comfortable for 4, with style, its location is privileged, we use the pool is very sataisfactory after a day of a lot of walking, I would definitely come back, and I would recommend, Gloria is very kind, we love our stay, we hope to be able to return particular garage, which is great and comfortable. the area is a 10.

Andrea is an excellent host always worried about knowing if everything was okay we were in touch the whole stay … The apartment is optimal, pleasant to rest a quiet and safe place. The Department is just as it appears in the photos very comfortable.

The accommodation has everything it says in the publication and it is just like the photos shown. We went as a family and were very comfortable in the stay. It was easy to get to, they welcomed us very kindly at the reception and pointed us in place of parking. There is a pantry a few meters from there. It's close to downtown and in just a few minutes you can drive. Highly recommended. Thank you
