Everything excellent, comfortable rooms, amenities as advertised on the page, wide main kitchen, many green areas where you can be. Elena's attention was very nice. Josué is very attentive and always attentive to the door or anything that was needed. The only thing that was uncomfortable is that people pass by because they connect to another house and you don't have 100% privacy but everything else excellent, if we would come back.

A beautiful and very cozy house, I enjoyed it a lot with my family in the pool, it appears to be small but it really is perfect with a good size, it has all its amenities in good condition. Fernando is a super host, with immediate response, clarification of doubts, he gives you the best options and recommendations of all the service he provides, a very kind, respectful and accessible person. I highly recommend it for its great service.

It makes you feel like you're somewhere else, an incredible place, very accessible with a birthday I had in the theme of my guests, Miguel is attentive and is extremely kind and helpful! I've been many times to Tepoztlan, my stay at Diana's place tops all other accommodations. A beautiful house close to the heart of town, an easy walk to many local businesses, while at the same time being private and calm. We enjoyed the pool every day, before and after our long walks, and slept through the night feeling like we're home. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

A very pleasant, comfortable and safe place. Lots of nature, the perfect climate, very comfortable facilities. The people who welcomed us made us feel very comfortable and confident, they showed us the whole place, we liked it very much and they made themselves available for anything we needed, the experts are very friendly, Duvalin accompanied us and Popis is a very nice dog, 100% recommended.

Ana's accommodation is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice because it's nicer and bigger than it looks, it's impeccable, I went with my furry babies and they felt at home, I went in the rainy season and yet the pool felt at a pleasant temperature and the pool was impeccable, I will definitely return

We had a great time in Las Pontigas. A beautiful house with a huge garden and beautiful views. Extremely comfortable for 14 people. The pool and jacuzzi at an excellent temperature (The whirlpool didn't work when we went, but the water was very hot). Pedro was very attentive, Eduardo the caretaker was extremely kind and helpful. Mary cooks very well and is very attentive (if you like spicy food, you have to tell her beforehand so she can prepare the sauces with more chili). In general, I have no complaints and would return without hesitation.

It was an incredible experience and was everything that was promised and more. Hector and his family are the kindest and most welcoming people. Me and my fiancée both really enjoyed our stay at his place and will be definitely coming back soon

The house is more beautiful than in the photos. Super comfortable and beautiful. Although we had hours of rain, the house is wonderful to enjoy the interior. The house is much more beautiful and more welcoming than what can be seen in the pictures. The view is amazing, the details of the house and all the things it's equipped with make it a great place. The pool although it's not that big is quite functional and we loved it!!
