Family-friendly holiday rentals in Maliaño

We were looking for a place to rest, disconnect, enjoy and taste big and small moments in the company of our children, friends and dogs, and we have gotten right. We felt at home while on vacation. The wonderful views, the places and beaches...impressive, the phenomenal house and the Host, Ricardo, always making sure we were well. It's been a wonderful week!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ * Perfect stay in a dream setting * The cottage is simply beautiful: cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Super friendly and attentive hosts, unbeatable value apartment, 10/10 location. If you want to disconnect, you can do so without any problem. If you want to travel and discover, you can do it without any problems. If you need to relax after the trip or sightseeing, the jacuzzi is great (as long as you respect the schedules so as not to disturb the neighbors). In short, if you want to book it, don't miss out, you'll be sure to get it right.

Accommodation as described, very practical and functional with everything you need. The host was very close and attentive to us. A place with views of the Suances estuary, in a fantastic and central area of main roads.

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

We had a lovely stay in Somo. The apartment was very well equipped and the terrace was very nice. The proximity to the beach and the quietness of the neighborhood were very nice. Finally, the hosts who live in the main house were very kind and friendly without being too invasive. A big thank you to everyone for your welcome. If we come back to Somo we will rent here again.

The house is completely renovated but respecting the aesthetics that it surely had years ago. Well equipped and comfortable. The views are spectacular and there are few neighbors to disturb or be disturbed by. You can walk down to the village if you like to walk, but if you're going shopping, it's better to go by car. A place to be quiet in the middle of nature. A success and I'm sure we'll be back more often

it's a great place with lots of privacy and a sublime view. Also the surroundings were beautiful everywhere. The WiFi in the cottage was super stable. The nearest village of Selaya is about 25 minutes drive on a beautiful road. It has plenty of shops for normal groceries. Even a separate bakery with delicious bread. If we get the chance, we would definitely go there again.

The accommodation was in a nice area, with a great view of Santander and the bay, and very quiet. The location is very good to visit Cantabria, we went with a dog and a baby and it was very comfortable to move and visit things. On the other hand, Dany and she is very friendly and pleasant and was always attentive to if we needed anything, being very fluid communication.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful appartment. We were two families. The location is great, too. Everything in walking distance. Shops, Restaurants, Supermarkets. Alfonso was very helpful and responsive.

An idyllic house to disconnect from the city and connect with nature, it was exactly what we were looking for. Ana has been attentive at all times and her directions have always been correct. Thank you!

Small apartment with a lot of charm, We thank Adelia and her husband for the welcome, we had trouble finding them, we called them and they moved very late. Despite the language barrier we were able to communicate properly. We also thank them for the information on restaurant outings and other events. we had a wonderful weekend . thank you .

Great place in the Cantabrian country, 100% recommend

The accommodation matched the description perfectly. Easy access and you feel at home. The neighbors of the building where it is are very kind. It's a shame that due to the weather we couldn't use the pool, which had a very good track.

We had a great stay in Maria's appartement, it is centrally located in Ajo and plenty of options arround to enjoy. Would stay here again.

A magnificent place beautifully restored. Lovely grounds with an outdoor kitchen area under cover and the pool an added bonus. The views were just fabulous. Elena responded quickly to every message. Hopefully we will return for longer next time .

Thoughtful host, she made everything clear and the apartment was spotless. We would be back for the great place without a doubt. Explicit experience.
