Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Our apartment is located on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sun breakfast or end a beautiful beach day with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which can be reached in about 5-7 minutes on foot, to the city center it takes about 20 minutes on foot, to the Baltic Sea by car about 25 minutes.

In dieser Ferienwohnung kannst du mit einem entspannten Blick auf den See deine Erholung ab Tag eins beginnen. Für Ausflüge in die Natur fährst du mit dem Fahrrad von der Haustür aus los. Wer mag kann direkt am eigenen See grillen oder mit dem mitgebrachten SUP oder Paddelboot paddeln gehen. Unser Privatsee hat keine „bepaddelbare“ Verbindung zu anderen Seen. Beim Fernseher kannst du dich mit dem eigenen Account von Netflix & Co anmelden. Beim Timmendorfer Strand bist Du in 30 Minuten.

Your domicile is located in the basement of our DHH, which is a house built on the slope and the apartment thus runs to the rear ground level. So you still have daylight. It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. The state capital of Kiel and the historic city of Lübeck are worth a trip. It is 25 minutes to the Baltic Sea.
