Villa holiday rentals in Maleme

Wir hatten die Villa für eine Woche gebucht und waren mehr als zufrieden. Perfekte Kommunikation, leichter Check-In. Die Villa hat eine grandiose Lage, das Haus hat massig Platz und alles was man braucht. Der Pool war auch sehr schön. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den tollen Service und Gastfreundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und Erreichbarkeit. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub und eine Empfehlung wert.

Niko's residence was beautiful, extremely clean, secure, and private. It showed as listed. Niko was very hospitable, prompt, and responsive with any communications that we had. He contacted us before our arrival and offered to arrange transportation to his residence, and he allowed us early check in. We had an ant intrusion and a house fuse go out ( I don't know if it was because we had 5 guests) causing a power outage. Niko was extremely apologetic and paid for a meal and drinks during the outage even though we resisted the offer. He and his team came out and remedied the situation. On a day that we didn't feel like leaving the residence, we spent the day in the wonderful pool. His place was also walking distance to the town. All of our needs were met. Thank you Nikos.

It was our first time in Greece, Crete and it was beautiful. The house was even better than the pictures, amazing view and perfect for 6 people. The elevator inside the house was perfect and the kitchen was lovely to spend time cooking and relaxing. It definitely felt like home and we wish we could’ve stayed longer 😍 I would definitely come back to this house again. Thank you for everything!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, conçue avec beaucoup de goût, dans un environnement très paisible (et à la fois très proche du centre ville), avec une vue incroyable. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter l’ouest de l’île. Maria, l’hôte de la maison, est très agréable, disponible/ réactif. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison

Karolina und Jadwiga sind sehr angenehme Hosts und die Kommunikation zwischen uns war immer sehr schnell und hilfreich. Der Check-In funktioniert einwandfrei. Bei uns hat Google Maps jedoch das Nachbarsgebäude angezeigt. Jedoch ist die Unterkunft aussen angeschrieben und entsprechend findet man sie so. Die Unterkunft an sich ist exzellent: Moderne Küche und Bäder, schöne Zimmer. Und der Aussenbereich mit Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Tische, Stühle, Grillstellen und Strand ist phänomenal! Das einzige, das ein bisschen störend ist: Man ist direkt an der Haupstrasse und im Haus selber hört man diesen Lärm doch noch gut.

Loved our stay in this remote villa. Amazing views with sunsets from the pool. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens and towels. Nice having the pool heated! House is remote so bring all the food needed. Rather close to Elifonisi beach which was well worth the 20 minute drive. Driving is not for the faint of heart of heart. Many tavernas in the area within 15 minutes drive. Would stay again. Thank you Theoni!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kedria! Along with the amazing view of Chania and Souda, the house was incredibly beautiful, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay in Chania. The hosts were extremely hospitable and responded to every question and request promptly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was an extension of their home. They provided all of the necessary baby gear and essentials for our little one, who also had a great time enjoying the pool. We’ve never had more caring and responsive hosts. They gave us so many travel tips and food recommendations that made our stay here in Chania one of our most memorable vacations. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

We loved our stay in Crete and it was comfortably the best hospitality we've ever received from a host. Manolis was super responsive to messages (usually within 15 minutes) and George looked after us amazingly well (without being intrusive) and was always so happy. The villa was exactly as described and there were a couple of days where we cancelled our plans to explore in favour of sitting by the pool and looking out over the mountains, watching the vultures and other birds. So nice. The butcher recommended by Manolis made for some delicious barbecues and was very reasonably priced. Really beautiful and relaxing location with the best hosts. Would definitely come back in future.

Das tolle Haus, mit dem Pool befindet sich in einer unglaublich schönen, ruhigen Umgebung. Man ist sehr privat. Wir ( 6 Personen) haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Fotos sind real. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit frischem Obst, besonders lecker die Zitronen, und frischem Wasser. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es ist ein Luxus, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, ebenso der Sternenhimmel jede Nacht. Restaurants sind in 10 min zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Christos und Giorgos sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub zum abschalten und genießen.

Beautiful villa in a great location. If your are stunned by the pictures, you sure will be stunned by the villa itself - it is simply a gem. It lies at the top of a hill overlooking Kissamos. If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. The Villa Naval is even better than the pictures. It is modern, clean and well appointed with everything you could need taken care of. You can walk to the beach or the local shops easily. The town is quiet but a short taxi ride from more lively areas. We were a group of 8 old friends and it was perfect for us. The host is very responsive and helpful. Fully recommend!

Encore un grand merci à Giorgos et Maria pour leur accueil. Une très grosse tempête de sable du Sahara a tout perturbé le jour de notre arrivée. Nos hôtes ont fait le maximum et même l’impossible pour tout nettoyer et nous permettre de profiter de la villa dans les meilleures conditions. La villa est magnifique. Tout est prévu pour que nous puissions nous détendre et profiter au maximum. Pleins de belles intentions, des produits à disposition permettent de ressentir le confort dès notre arrivée. Villa Arietta is a dream house. Located in the beautiful hills just outside Kissamos, 10 mins by car from the sea. The house is marvelous and has all the comforts you need to enjoy a perfect holiday. We were two couples with one toddler and a baby and both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for our needs. Also, thoughtful little touches like a welcome hamper with local products, and numerous amazing toys for the kids to use in the garden. Arietta and her husband have been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout, and communication has always been quick and proactive. We loved our stay and we really hope to come back again. Definitely recommended, one of the best places we’ve been to!

Our stay was fantastic - property looks better than it looks in photos, the location is great, and the hosts were extremely helpful. We arrived late (10pm on Friday) and they even offered to call the closest restaurant to pre-order us food as the kitchen closed right at 10. They had a ton of guides to the island which made planning super easy, and the hosts continued to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would absolutely rent from them again! Also, the location is great. It’s an hour from the airport, but still very accessible to many great things. You’re about a 25 minute walk to a nice beach, a 15 minute drive to a supermarket, and a 10 minute walk to a great restaurant. Would recommend!

Amazing place. Top quality. Huge terrace with a swimming pool, barbecue. Big rooms, very well constructed. Great bathrooms. Dimitris was great, always available and helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place. Just one thing: in the pictures it looks like a secluded place but it's above a petrol station and a highway. A bit of noise but nothing dramatic. There is another terrace on the other side of the house, a bit more quit. We enjoy our stay a lot. The place is big!

The Airbnb was fantastic, very modern and spacious with an amazing view. The host was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and also during our stay. One of the best Villa’s I have ever stayed in, the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend choosing this for your stay in Greece. Only bad thing is that we had to leave to come back home!

We’ve never experienced an Airbnb like this – in terms of both the villa and the hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Eftychis and his wonderful mother – you made our stay unforgetable! We were seven people, including three children (one toddler), and everything was just perfect. The villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped – the kitchen had top-tier appliances, and the baby gear was modern, clean, and like new. The house is set in a peaceful location with a breathtaking sea view. When we arrived, a delicious homemade Greek salad and cookies were waiting for us – such a warm welcome! Eftychis was available via chat the whole time: kind, helpful, and always with great local recommendations. This place truly combines beauty, comfort, and care. We’d come back without hesitation. Wir waren mit 2 Familien (je 1 Kleinkind) in Lesleys Haus. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort. Supermärkte, Restaurants uvw. sind in der direkten Umgebung erreichbar. Der Strand liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßen Seite und ist ein Kiesstrand. Wenn man weiter in Richtung der Bar "Menta" geht, gibt es aber immer wieder kleinere Sand-Bestandteile, die unseren Kindern zum Spielen gereicht haben. Das Haus selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was es so braucht. Neben einem Begrüßungsgeschenk gab es z.B. auch Salz, Pfeffer und Öl. Die Highlights sind sicherlich Terrasse, Pool und Garten. Unsere Kinder haben sehr viel Zeit im Garten verbracht und wir hatten so einen sehr entspannten Urlaub Mit dem Bus kommt man in ca. 40 Minuten nach Charnia. Lesley und ihre Co-Gastgeberin waren stets erreichbar und haben uns mit Tipps oder auch bei Problemen weitergeholfen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Vielen Dank an Lesley und Hannah!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Das Haus, das Grundstück und die Lage haben all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hervorragend. Errika als Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich – besser hätte es nicht sein können! Wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut top Villa, modern, sauber, ruhig, rundum top! Von der Villa aus hat man die beste Aussicht, absolut überragend. Einziger Hinweis, die Einfahrt ist sehr steil, mit unserem gemieteten Fiat Panda kamen wir nicht hoch, konnten aber direkt vor der Einfahrt parken. Wir können diese Villa jedem empfehlen der auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Erholung ist, mit traumhaftem Ausblick. In naher Umgebung gibt es tolle, einfache Restaurants, zu Fuß erreichbar.
