Waterfront holiday rentals in Makati City

only thing I can say is that they should have offered me the parking slot in advance as I mentioned I need parking. nonetheless it was perfect and worth every peso.

Me and my wife loved it. This was our first ever Airbnb experience. We stayed for 2 nights and it was an absolute stress reliever. The co-host Genalyn was very responsive and answered all our questions. The room was spotless. The wifi is acceptable but I do not recommend using it to play online games, video streaming is fine though (speed ranges from 20-50 Mbps). You will need to sign in using your own Google and streaming service accounts to use the TV. The Kitchen is equipped with a standard pot and pan, dishes and cutlery are included. Host provided us with a few water bottles, coffee strips and sugar packets. Bathroom has a water heater, sitting bidet and automatic washing machine, you will need to bring your own body and laundry soap. The building is about 15-20 min walk to Mall of Asia. The pool is less than stellar. Having access to it from the balcony is very nice but there are sections of the pool that are clearly unkempt (rusting hand rails, dirty wall tiles, etc).

Our stay was superb. The cozy ambiance made us feel like we were at home. The hosts were very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The location of the place was accessible and convenient; close to malls, fast food chains, and other places. We enjoyed our time and plan to book again.

Had a wonderful stay in this Unit. I fell like i stays in a First Class 5 Star Hotel Suite. Host Miss Lala is very friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. I requested for an early check in and it was approved with no problem at all. I surely come back and recommend this to all.

We had a wonderful stay at Shore 1 in Pasay City! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect—close to MOA, restaurants, and transportation. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and made check-in/check-out smooth and hassle-free. They even gave us great tips on where to eat and what to do nearby. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely book again when we’re back in the area!

Ots a great location nearby the airport (20-30 minutes) nearby malls, manila bay and more - easy to get around less traffic - for me it was perfect because i am about to fly to germany

The unit is clean and things are kept in place. We appreciate how the host responsded quickly when we ask for some kitchen essentials and in just a few minutes, a staff was there already and provided what we ask for. Kudos to you mam annalyn, thank you for that mam! Also the bed is spacious and comfortable. We had a well rested night. The location is superb, nearby resto with close by grocery at the ground floor. Would like to stay again in this place once back in the city.

We had an enjoyable time there. The house was clean but make sure to care and clean all the things you use. You have your own space for cooking which I found quite nice and could also invite some guests over. You also have a TV for some entertainment or have a karaoke machine and connect it with your TV to have a videoke. For your convince you need your own car to get in and out of the subdivision quickly. Other than that was the experience great.

It is in a slightly remote area in Antipolo but still easy to find through Google Maps. The bungalow is ok but could use a little more cleaning. Still had a great time! The place is peaceful and can help you reset :) Kitchen is complete with all the utensils you need. Although there is no signal, Wi-Fi is strong. Bedroom has AC. We didnt expect it would get cold because of some openings on the window but surprisingly, it did its job. Karaoke has a fee of 500.

His place is everything we needed. It was spacious and everything was provided. The bathroom sink needed a little scrubbing though but overall, the place was comfy to stay at. Thanks Sir Bien!

Having stayed at the property for two weeks, it proved to be great value for money. Ralph is a very helpful and responsive host. Always available to help. The property was as described, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of amenities, such as cooker, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave. The location is excellent for a grab to MOA or Ayala. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The balconies and pool are a lovely bonus. The property is very secure, and peaceful. You don't even know you have neighbours. The bathroom was fine, everything was clean, and working. Those are all the pros above, and it is difficult to find any cons. To be very picky, but they are not negatives. The bed was a little hard for me, but that is personal preference. After each bath/shower, we had to mop the floor as water was leaking out from somewhere under the bath. I say we, I mean the wife. ;) The rug in the living area is extremely slippy, and could pose a risk to someone. Overall, 10/10

If you're looking for a place to relax and recharge – this is the perfect place to go. Bed is super comfy, room is neat and cozy, that you just wanna sleep all day. We had the chance to enjoy the scenery and the pool. Would definitely come back🫶🏻

Marie's condo was tidy and very comfortable for our family. We were nearby to a lively neighbourhood with many convenient amenities and it was generally easy to visit the locations we were interested in. Marie was very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The in-unit washer/dryer was so useful, and the view was pretty cool! Thank you Marie!
