Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Makati City

Our stay was superb. The cozy ambiance made us feel like we were at home. The hosts were very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The location of the place was accessible and convenient; close to malls, fast food chains, and other places. We enjoyed our time and plan to book again.

Dhine was a superb host, her place is both quiet and offers a skyline view over Makati and to the left even to BGC. The apartment is fully equipped and located inside a nice condo building with full amenities. Thanks again for the pleasant stay :-)

Sir Toshi was really accommodating and patient with all of my inquiries. Place was clean and bed was comfy. Great place if you want to relax since there's a beautiful view of the city. Check-in was very smooth since all information was communicated to the front desk already. Will definitely book with them again.

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. My friends and I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our entire stay. From the thoughtful welcome snacks to the quick responses whenever we had a questions and requests, their hospitality truly stood out. The house was spacious, cozy, and exactly as described. We LOVE the big projector screen where we watched our favorite shows! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience. Can’t wait to return!

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

It feels nasa probinsya talaga when entered. Lalo na ung amoy, very fresh tapos lalo na pg nagiihaw kayo. Worth it sya kc makakatipid ka sa transpo kasi within the metro lang talaga. Super ganda ng place at rooms! Perfect sya for me lalo na maarte talaga ako. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and hindi nya ko minamadali to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the amenities, to the helpful and efficient service of the caretakers. I definitely recommend this to everyone, and will definitely book again should the opportunity arise.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

The place was spacious and great for our group of 8. Location was convenient, with lots of nearby convenience stores—even big ones like 7/11. WiFi was fast and reliable, though the provided password didn’t work—we used the default from the router (minor issue). A few things need improvement: the stairs from the 2nd to 3rd floor have one step that can be lifted and two others that are loose—potential safety risk. The aircon in the large 3rd floor room barely cooled and likely needs cleaning. The kitchen knife was a real bummer—very dull and hard to use, which made cooking frustrating. No complimentary shampoo, only body soap—not a big deal for us, but worth noting. All doorknobs felt worn and should be replaced. Despite these, we still had a pleasant stay. With a few fixes, this place could be even better for future guests.

We had a good time in the house, it’s very clean and modern, we really felt we are home. And Miss Jillie is very responsive and very accommodating, she is very kind and caring! Such a great place to stay, and an amazing host, will surely book again!

Communication was a bit of a challenge due to short notice of instructions after booking such as submission of guest list and restrictions on guests. But overall, the place was very nice and convenient. Definitely good for watch-parties or simple staycation :) the host was also very accommodating. Would definitely book again next time if we have the chance.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Having four bathrooms was a huge bonus, especially for our group, and made getting ready more efficient and less hectic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The host was an excellent communicator and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out.

Had a nice stay. The room has a dedicated workplace - very helpful for a remote employee like me. We also had a great fun with their board games and cards. Will surely book it in our next trip.
