The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

It is a centennial family house that has been carefully renovated and decorated keeping the style of the typical Canarian houses of the last century, for all this the house has been awarded the tourist quality mark (Sicted), this quality mark is endorsed by the Gran Canaria Tourist Board.

IMPORTANT: see the photos of the access staircase. It is not suitable for reduced mobility and difficult for very large and heavy suitcases. Our small Loft-Attic (complete room with kitchen and separate bathroom from the main house) is on the first floor, with direct and independent access from the street. It is located in a historic neighborhood. A very quiet place to rest and very central. It's a single-family house, we live next door.

Hello, my Canarian husband and I would be happy to spend some time with you. Our home is some typical Canarian houses, of which the lower one is a guesthouse. Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome. Active people can go hiking, cycling and much more. We have a lot of tips for you, also not so well known.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

This cottage located on the outskirts of the village of Valsequillo, a municipality to the east of the island, is ideal for hiking as there are several rural roads in its surroundings. Located in the middle of nature, with 400 square meters of garden and parking, as well as 500 square meters of fruit trees. The property, located 1.5 km from the village and 30 minutes from the beach by car, passes an asphalted road.
