Very modern, spacious place with all equipment needed and great location

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Vin’s place and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. Great central location. Super terrace. Cozy, charming and clean. Quite a few stairs so not ideal for people who struggle with that. But great for those who don’t mind a walkup.

Located centrally in Madrid, Diego’s place was so easy to explore and get everywhere. He checked in to make sure things were good and the door lock system was super easy to work with. The place itself is beautiful and I loved hanging by the window and doing a bit of work or reading while people walked by in sunny Madrid.

Simply excellent! My parents and our dog had a great time. The cabin is beautiful, very well maintained, and the huge garden was an incredible plus, ideal for relaxing and for the dog to run freely. Everything was impeccable: 10/10 for cleanliness, the host and his sister were very kind and attentive at all times. It really exceeded our expectations. Definitely a place we'd love to come back to. Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

The place is homey and spacious and well equipped. Great neighborhood with easy access to metro, shopping mall and local shops. Very nice and helpful neighbors and Jose was a star host, checking in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very charming place - exceptionally well located. Everything that you need is provided with some nice personal touches. The whole place is very comfortable with 2 separate rooms which worked well for my family of 4. The co-host, Carmina, was very helpful and kind. She met us on time and showed us around the apartment, as well as later helping with a taxi and giving advice on local attractions. The only negative to the whole stay was the above neighbor was quite loud at night.

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's service. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Very convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight his attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. Great apartment and nice pool area. Host was incredibly helpful and kind, allowing us to use to pool after check out. The only issue we had was that the WiFi wasn’t great, signal was often quite weak. Other than that it was fabulous!

We are a group of friends, we took a weekend to disconnect and it was a success. The house is very spacious, clean and inviting. The garden and the pool are 10. We felt very comfortable and Ruth was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect. She even prepared the pool earlier than usual so we could enjoy it. A delight. We will definitely repeat.

The house is beautiful, the pool is great and Frank is very kind. Celebrating my birthday with my whole family was great. We had a wonderful weekend.

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very kind and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.

Studio well located within the Letras area. Walkable to many historic sites, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, among others. Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons with ample kitchen, living and bathroom area.

Very nice apartment, exactly as advertised and quiet. Very well located outside the tourist center, so quieter, and close to several metro stations. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I highly recommend it.
