We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. Pleasant accommodation and very friendly hosts.

Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with all comforts. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Matches the listing. We enjoyed the terrace thanks to the good weather. It takes a little concentration to get the car out of the fairly narrow parking lot, the rest was very good

We stayed 4 nights in the quiet house with two children. The house has everything you need to live. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The train station is about a 20-minute walk. The surroundings are very pleasant and quiet. In the morning we only heard the birds chirping. Sebastien is easy to reach and very quick to answer any questions. There is also a friendly assistant, who is always available. During the welcome email, there was an easy-to-understand video for self check-in. We definitely recommend this accommodation and would come back again ourselves.

We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.

The studio has a great location - a 5-minute walk to a subway station (line 1), a grocery store (Franprix with a Lavazza vending machine), and good restaurants (Avenue de Paris). Also within a 5-minute walk is Chateau de Vincennes which is worth seeing. You can get to the Louvre in 20 minutes by Metro. The host Patrice is a very nice person and speaks French and English. We spent 5 wonderful nights at this place in May, 2025 Tatyana and Rumen Toronto, Canada

We loved the apartment's location and how clean it was upon arrival. The space was just as described The flat was charming, and Véronique was friendly and helpful.

Chloe apartment was located at very beautiful place, on bank of river scine; It was spacious, clean,secured and well arranged. They were very helpful and responsive. Last night we forgot our flat keys inside only and returned very late night, they helped to get it opened for us promptly. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend very much to other tourists for it.

We had a wonderful stay at Em'Barka. The check-in was super easy and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, the described amenities were available and the communication was very good. For us, the location was also optimal, as it is only a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station and you can get to the center of Paris super fast by train. All in all, a nice and cozy accommodation, where you could relax in the evening after a long day in the city! :)

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

We had a very enjoyable experience which was our first air b and b trip. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location near RER Station for easy access to Paris and the locality has a beautiful park and the town of Sceaux in walking distance is worth visiting at least once. Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We had the most beautiful stay in Hubert and Victorias place! We arrived and it was raining but made it so cosy and atmospheric on the balcony. Comfy bed, clean all over and we slept really well. Super lovely and helpful hosts. 5 flights of stairs felt very worth it when you get in!! Balcony picnics to remember forever. So gorgeous and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a subway entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We don't miss anything. There is even an iPad to explain the entire accommodation and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
