What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Everything was functional: jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just a few minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. What a place. A temple of mid century modern serenity. Loved the books, furniture, tropical plants, turntable..... The kitchen is spotless stainless steel surfaces: equipped with everything you would ever need. The bedroom is bathed in a to-die-for Parisian glow. And The garden: soulful. Dont miss the bi-weekly market around the corner.

The stay was great and the location great for us as a family. As a family with 5 people, we would have appreciated an existing dishwasher. Otherwise, the accommodation was very well maintained, clean and not handed over with unnecessary decorative items. Having an existing washing machine, iron and a vacuum cleaner on site is great for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.

We had a wonderful stay at Thibaut’s place during our 3 nights in Paris. Thibaut was a wonderful host - he was very responsive, and he proactively reached out to advise us areas to avoid on the night of the soccer champions league final in Paris. (The area of the property is fine.) We were not aware of the game at all so that real time local knowledge was super helpful and made us feel safe knowing that someone is watching out for us. The property looks exactly like the photos in the listing. I enjoyed the view of the beautiful Parisian houses from the windows every day. Paris was in the high 70s/low 80s during our stay but it wasnt too much of an issue as Paris cools down at night and fans were provided. There is no elevator but the stairs were manageable and not a problem for us. One last thing - we were able to walk to many places from this property location. The Sunday (and Thursday) market at the Bastille Market was just a couple of blocks away!

My daughter and I had 5 wonderful days in Paris and immediately felt comfortable in Clara's beautiful apartment, nice was that Clara greeted us personally and was always available for questions, the apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need, the transport connection is perfect!!!!!!!! We would book this place again at any time.

Loved our stay at Chanjuan's place. Apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. Pretty much half way between 2 metro stations so easy to get anywhere you need in the city. Plenty hot water and lovely to have two big windows. Chanjuan gave lots of good recommendations too!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, located on a quiet, safe, and tidy street. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the experience.

This apartment easily achieves a TEN OUT OF TEN RATING !!! It positively checks off every box I can think of for a truly extraordinary lodging experience. This is THE PLACE for anyone who enjoys modern furnishings, seemingly endless comfortable seating options, the gentle feel of walking on parquet flooring, a large bed with wonderfully soft linens, rainwater showering and deep tub soaking options, in unit washer & dryer, a rejuvenating massage chair, a Japanese toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fans, balcony access, internet access, insulating quietness despite an active city five stories below and direct elevator access. The host, Daniel, personally welcomed us, listened to our interests, and made superb recommendations. He was always available by phone and email. Hands down, I cannot think of ANYWHERE in Paris I would rather stay, and will seek availability on my return.

On a weekend with friends, we had a great stay at Thanom and Fred's: wonderful garden and outdoor equipment, everything we needed on site to cook, top bedding, we saved the address in our favorites and will come back without hesitation. Thanom and Fred were super available and flexible, thank you again to them.

Excellent accommodation for a larger group. We combined our stay with a weekend at Disney Paris (only 15 minutes away by car). House looks neat, furnishings are complete. Very quiet area, small street closed by a gate. Friendly welcome. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay with our Family of 9. All you need is there. Close to the train station to Paris center.

Plenty of space, clean, & good communication about each step of the rental process.

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so that we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well laid out. Outside, the children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before our arrival and during the stay. We had a great weekend.
