Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Maisdon-sur-Sèvre

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Clean and well-decorated apartment. Well located in relation to Puy du Fou. Perfect for a short stay. Slight downside with no windows overlooking the outside and traffic in the neighborhood a little dangerous with urban rodeos. In the apartment you still feel very good. Responsive and helpful concierge.

Laurent's accommodation is smaller and less flashy than it appears in the photos but it is nonetheless very pleasant, in a residence overlooking an inner courtyard and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the balcony. Many small shops are nearby for the delight of the taste buds. Transportation is also very close, but in any case it is possible to walk to the city center or to the island's machines. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a great time with my friends! The house is functional, clean, very well equipped and very well located in a quiet neighborhood (about 1 hour from La Baule, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes, 5-10 minutes from supermarkets) The big positive point of the house is the outside, with a beautiful garden and pool. Jessica was always super responsive before, during and even after our stay to answer all our questions. Thanks again, we recommend this accommodation without hesitation ☺️

Kind and available hosts. Beautifully decorated volumes. A perfectly equipped kitchen and a beautiful shower room resembling the Romans terms and a cherry on the cake: a beautiful and real wine cellar whose access is most original ...We had a great time there!!

An exceptional family stay in the Baptistin cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both the youngest and adults, various games, indoor swimming pool and relaxation on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, the must! The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.
