The Studio at Broadleaf is a cosy self contained Guest Suite in Longforgan, just outside Dundee. The Studio has a private entrance and parking with entrance hall and stairs up to the suite. The suite itself has a small kitchen, living and dining area with large TV, DVD and Netflix. There is a bathroom with Shower. Longforgan is near Dundee, one of the most up and coming cities in Scotland. We are only 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands of Scotland.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Created from an indoor swimming pool this modern, edge of town, holiday venue has all you need to enjoy a peaceful stay. Shops and eating places are a short walk away and there are many historic attractions to visit in rural Angus. A twenty minute drive takes you into the Angus glens which boast some of the best walking and climbing destinations in Scotland. Dundee is half-an-hour's drive south and Aberdeen an hour's drive northwards.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property has recently been refurbished and is light, bright and welcoming.Accessed by two steps,internally the house is all on one level, with a deck leading out from the living room to the front, which faces west giving views of wonderful skies and sunsets. Guests are welcome to use any of the herbs growing in the enclosed rear garden. Although bordered by a road at the rear, any slight noise from the light traffic is muffled by a fence and trees.

The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

14 The Meadows is a bright and airy 2 bedroom lodge on the stunning Lochlands leisure park, fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, double glazing and mains gas central heating makes this lodge a cosy, comfortable place to visit, there's a private 2 car drive and large garden, all towels and bedding supplied along with other extras. PLEASE NOTE: the lodge sleeps 4, there's a king size bed in the master and 2 single beds in the second bedroom, there is no sofa bed in the lounge.

Garden Cottage - Two bedroom self catering cottage

This is a lovely warm and comfortable accommodation on two levels, the lower level consists of the lounge with gas fire, dining area and kitchen with modern appliances. One double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with disabled shower facilities. The upper level has one bedroom with two single beds which can be made into a super king if required. It can also accommodate a travel cot. Rear terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved dogs are welcome.

The kitchen wing flat at Balintore Castle (1860) was restored in 2019 and has proven very popular. Full self-catering facilities are available.
