Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Idyllic 2- Bedroom barn with amazing views

Spacious barn conversion with views of the countryside. The Barn is an ideal location to use as a base for visiting the many places of interest or for a relaxing holiday. There are many National Trust properties within a small radius together with historic gardens and local vineyards. Tenterden and Rye are a short drive and Camber Sands, with its sandy beach, is a must. There are a number of local pubs which serve food, The White Hart within a few minutes walk, and many others not far away.

Dog friendly Little Appleby is located in Egerton, rural Kent. The heart of the Garden of England. Egerton boasts many lovely country walks with the villages of Goudhurst, Sissinghurst (with its own castle), Biddenden and Pluckley all within 30 minutes. Famous Leeds Castle and Bedgebury pinetum, the largest in the world are less than 10 miles away. Historic Rye, Canterbury, Whitstable and the channel tunnel to France are all within 40 minutes.
