We had a wonderful stay, so peacful, surrounded by lovely country side, accomadion was home from home, loved our garden. Enjoyed our welcome pack, and our dog loved her treats, topped off with lovely hosts, Thankyou both. We would love to go back. X

We had a fantastic stay at Coldharbour Cottage. It’s full of character, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean – every detail had been thought through. The views are stunning, and the peaceful setting made for such a relaxing trip. We loved exploring nearby Rye with its cobbled streets, antique shops and cafés, and picked up some fresh local food to cook back at the cottage. It’s also perfectly located for visiting nearby National Trust sites. We stayed with our 18-month-old son and it was brilliant for him – outdoor toys, a slide, and kids’ books made it feel really family-friendly. Andrew, the owner, also kindly took us to see the chickens and collect eggs, which was such a treat! Cooking on the Aga was great fun, and we loved reading all about the cottage’s fascinating history. We felt so at home and would absolutely love to return!

What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

A truly fantastic place to stay in idyllic, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We have stayed in a few Airbnb properties but none better. Vivienne and Bill are lovely people and absolute fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond. And made our stay even more special. Thank you both. Would highly recommend and definitely intend to stay again.

We had a wonderful Easter stay at the treehouse. It is a beautiful location in the middle of nowhere - we felt like we were nesting in the trees- with lovely woods for our children to play in (there was an epic Easter egg hunt). But it is also very close to lots of places of interest to explore. Very cosy to return to after a day out with a very clever and well stocked kitchen. Our kids loved their sleeping loft, the wood burner and the visiting cat. We will definitely come back

A perfect place for a family celebration, beautiful house, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Everyone commented on the very comfortable beds and beautiful linen. The bath was a treat for everyone looking out at the oak tree. We had a bbq one evening, in wonderful surroundings and all the equipment you could need. The walks from the house are stunning and pub recommendations very useful. The muffins on arrival were delicious and the company of the exceptionally well behaved and friendly dogs was a highlight, not forgetting the lovely cat. We left, reluctantly, feeling refreshed and restored and have taken away many happy memories, thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Marsh Mallow. It was cosy, homely and perfect for 2. The large glass windows with the view (great sunsets) was a real treat. It was a very relaxing and peaceful place. Yvonne was very welcoming and around if needed. It’s a good base for exploring Rye and the surrounding area. We would definitely like to return.

We had a wonderful stay & were made to feel welcome & comfortable. Bread, milk, granola & marmalade were lovely touches. Lovely furnishes, kitchen & bathroom. Our 2 dogs were very welcome aswell, stunning walks as soon as you open the stable style door, fantastic scenery & farm land. We visited the Rose & Crown twice for yummy food with excellent service & dog friendly. For us this was the perfect stay, thank you xx

What a wonderful place! The cottage was beautifully appointed with great attention to detail and was spotlessly clean. Lovely garden which our two dogs appreciated. Sarah and Mark had kindly left us some eggs from their chickens, some jam and wine which was a lovely welcome. They are very helpful hosts. Would highly recommend and will hopefully return soon.

Jane was a brilliant host. Responsive, professional and very friendly. The cottage was clean, had everything you’d need and more! The pool and hot were definitely the highlight! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Well…. what can I say that hasn’t already been said by previous guests? It’s just beautiful!! Every little thing about it and its surroundings is spot on! I’d actually class myself as pretty fussy and honestly, I was in awe of the design of the place and I don’t think there was a thing that hadn’t been thought of , from the slipper bath in the room, or the outside shower (hot & cold) it was all there making the place feel very top end. Tracy herself was lovely and greeted us with a big smile and quickly showed us around before leaving us to enjoy this wonderful place, which we truly did! Thanks Tracy for a lovely escape and we’ll be recommending your place to all x

We stayed at Gabrielle's converted barn a few weeks ago and in a word... amazing. The venue was immaculate and perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the cottage and utilised the field one of the evenings. Gabrielle's husband (never got his name!) was helpful and gave directions to some places in the locality as well as being very happy to show us the field connecting to the garden. A small mention of their kids who were fantastically mannered! If there was one complaint... it would be that this venue is undersold! The green space and reservoirs are beautiful. It's truly a gem and we will be hoping to stay again soon!!!

Chloes place was comfortable, clean and in a peaceful location. Chloe as a host is helpful and instructions finding the property and check in were great. Wifi was good. I would definitely return when visiting family In the area.

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

Our stay was lovely! we arrived and had a seamless check-in and friendly welcome. The apartment was spotless, you had everything you needed at hand! from a fruit basket, milk, even a cake as it was my birthday! the attention to detail was insane! You also have a steam room - beautiful! The pool was so much fun! I can not swim so it was nice to have the pool to ourselves so my husband could show off and also pull me around the pool with my floats! The gardens were immaculate and stunning. The flowers were stunning and vibrant! You felt as though you were abroad! So lush and green. Then you have the hot tub, wonderful after stepping out of the sauna and walking through a corridor of lush green to get to the tub, bloody fantastic!! We even had our own bbq on our balcony where you could watch the sunset and beautiful sea views. It was an amazing getaway and I know we will return. Clean, cozy, comfortable! The Cow Shed is a delight, tucked away down a country lane and surrounded by nature. We enjoyed waking up to the birds and light streaming in each morning (although there were of course curtains, should you wish to sleep in!), and in the afternoon watching the cows mill about the field. The house is well fitted out with essentials and we found everything we needed for cooking, ironing, and the like. It is a short drive into Tunbridge Wells town centre. Caroline is also a lovely host and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We would happily stay here again!

The few days that we spent at The Stables were fabulous. A very charming place. A yummy cake was waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Ideal. Our 4-year old loved the place, his upstairs bedroom and the many games/toys (for any age really)! In a nutshell, don’t hesitate, with the sandy beach literally 15 minutes away, this is the perfect spot! Thanks again Sally for all :)

My family of seven (including baby) enjoyed this space, both inside and outside. My kids went on lots of nature walks and played football in the grassy lawn. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and welcomed. The eggs, bread, butter, and snacks waiting for us were a lifesaver!! I would totally stay here again.

The apartment was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wood-burning stove and the terrace with its peaceful view were definite highlights.

Spotlessly clean, well-designed, and surrounded by idyllic Kentish countryside. A perfect retreat for those seeking tranquillity, history, and easy access to Canterbury, and the coast. We left feeling refreshed and would return in a heartbeat.
