Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Mahabaleshwar

We had a great stay here, they have two adjoining villas so some of the amenities are shared like pool and common sitting area, but those areas are outside the villa so you will have ur privacy. Tha stay has 1 bhk on ground floor and two bedrooms on 1st floor with a big balcony with astounding view and Terrace space. coming to the common space, its a podium type lawn looking out to the surrounding mountains, you will be mesmerized by the view. Lastly Swimming pool is indoor just below the outside lawn and its enclosed with glass having 270 degress of sceneric view of the mountains, pool is 5ft deep and they have couple of life jackets as well for the non swimmes. When we booked we were the only ones there so everything was available to us, caretaker Vijay Jadhav is very helpful. Food options are also available veg and non veg, we ordered some starters and dinner, it was homely and delicious. TLDR;- Stay is lovely, you will have all the tourist places nearby. You will feel at home.

The view from the villa is amazing. It overlooks the valley and you can see a lake at a distance surrounded by hills. The property was clean with enough space for 10 people. All in all, a great experience and a wonderful stay!!

avinash was an amazing host! the rooms are exactly like the photos. the toilets were clean. avinash himself messaged me on the day of check in. i never had to call him twice for a response. the food was great, felt just at home. they organised a small bonfire on request. they were very accommodating, available 24/7 on call, worth every penny. also, they have a very sweet dog❤️.

Amazing Stay at Malhar by the Hills, Panchgani We had the most incredible 2-night, 3-day stay at Malhar by the Hills in Panchgani! Our group of 10 was blown away by how spacious, beautiful, and well-maintained the property was. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and stunning views that made us feel like we were in a peaceful retreat. The house is very well-equipped, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying the crisp mountain air. A huge highlight of our stay was the food! The meals prepared for us were absolutely delicious and the staff was always available to help with anything we needed. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. We definitely recommend this place and will visit again for sure!

Nilam is a Superhost - extremely friendly, pro-active, keen to help, passionate about her place and honest. The Place has everything as described - Stunning Views, Privacy, Nature's Blessings & basic amenities good enuf for a small family for a comfy stay. Sharing the below to help set right expectations & feel content: 2 rooms + attached bathrooms + a verandah. Gr. floor room is like a small studio room (bed & kitchenette). Upstairs room is woodworked bedroom and a verandah with a lovely view. The place is an outcome of Nilam's beautiful plan of a cosy nest away from mundane city bustle. It has all necessary provisions (power, mobile charging, heater, fans, kitchen utilities) and also tasty, delectable, homely food arranged by Nilam ... making it a satisfying stay. Next time, I hope to get to meet Nilam's friends - squirrels, birds & other cohabitants. Can safely recommend to small family for a comfortable stay ... can highly recommend to make friendship with a lovely person.

The home was stunningly attractive and visually appealing. Also, the property has a homey feel to it; it provides everything from kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as cards and Monopoly for free time entertainment. They also graciously inquire if we have any needs and make the necessary arrangements, such as check-in and check-out timings. Also, the owner, Hem, is quite helpful, offering recommendations for places to visit, sharing his own experience, and following up with us to see what we needed after some time. Definitely going there again.

The place was just what we needed for a quick getaway! Great location — close to some amazing restaurants and grocery stores, which made everything super convenient. The view was beautiful, and the rains during our stay added that extra charm, making it even more magical. Overall, a lovely experience and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful break.

Vivek was an excellent host. He gave us the contact details of his manager and cook well in advance which made our stay seamless. Manager More was responsive and ensured everything went smoothly. The villa was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect setting for a family getaway. I visited with my family, including senior citizens. We had a comfortable stay. Hot water was available in the morning. The view from the room was beautiful exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommend if you are planning a group stay.

This is one among the most scenic property's in Mahabaleshwar, amazing views from the balcony overlooking a check dam, has a nice garden, great food options (mostly indian food) available to choose from. They have a pool too but wish it was slightly bigger, it can accommodate 2-3 people for a leasure dip. One thing I missed in the property was a provision for bon fire but i understand from Mr. Ajay that they are in process of building one. So may be during our next visit we will get to enjoy the bonfire. Mr. Ajay was very hospitable too, fully recommended to consider this property to be your stay during your next trip to mahabaleshwar. Some points to take a note of. 1. The property is near panchgani and mahabaleshwar market is about 40 mins - 1 Hr drive from here. 2. The property is in a secluded location and hence you would need access to a private vehicle to reach here.
