Отличный новый дом с двумя полноценными спальнями. Отдохнули хорошо.

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Встретили с семьей Новый год в этом прекрасном доме. Жильё превосходит все ожидания. Абсолютно новый таунхаус только что из под ремонта. Все новое и свежее. Кровати мега удобные и комфортные. Есть вся необходимая техника и посуда для длительного проживания. Хозяин очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. По нашей просьбе привезли домой елку и игрушки, за что отдельная благодарность! Обязательно вернёмся сюда в следующий раз!

Мы останавливались в этом доме на один день, чтобы отпраздновать мой день рождения, и это было просто волшебно. Дом просторный, уютный, идеально подходит для большой компании. Вечером мы устроили красивый ужин на террасе, а утром наслаждались видом и тишиной. Хозяин очень отзывчивый и быстро отвечал на все вопросы. Всё было чисто, аккуратно, и дом полностью соответствовал описанию. Особенно порадовала атмосфера уюта и уединения — именно то, что хотелось. Единственный момент — на момент нашего приезда шёл дождь, и не всё, что мы планировали, удалось реализовать, но дом и его атмосфера это полностью компенсировали. Спасибо огромное за гостеприимство! Это был незабываемый день 💛

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! Our stay in Batumi was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible host. The house was beautiful, clean, and surrounded by stunning nature – peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. But what really made this experience stand out was the host himself. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only was he extremely responsive and kind, but he also helped us with things far outside of his responsibilities. When one of our group members suddenly fell ill in the middle of the night, he didn’t hesitate – he personally drove with us to the hospital at 2 AM. That kind of care and support is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. I can’t recommend this place and this host enough. If you’re coming to Batumi and want to feel truly welcomed and taken care of – this is the place. We’re so grateful and would love to come back again!

Inga and Beso were very nice and kind hosts. If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. We strongly recommend it to everyone.

Wir hatten das Glück, einen ganzen Monat in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft verbringen zu dürfen – und wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben stets schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung war sehr, sehr, sehr sauber – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, mit mehr als genug Kochutensilien – perfekt für längere Aufenthalte. Alle Elektrogeräte funktionierten einwandfrei, was den Alltag enorm erleichtert hat. Auch die Lage war ein echtes Highlight: mitten in der Stadt, zentraler geht es kaum! Alles war fußläufig erreichbar – Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

It was a family-like experience for our family of 4 adults + 4 children. Zurab was extremely helpful and attentive. Big comfortable beds, spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Gorgeous garden with fruit and peas was the perfect place for children to unwind. A lot of space for luggage. We had access to open areas around to have a lunch outside and relax in a hammock. Walkable surroundings, 20 minute walk to the sea and to the Chakvi park. Supermarkets nearby, great bread shop just around the corner. Batumi botanical park is quickly reachable by car and is gigantic. We will definitely stay there during our next visit to Chakvi.

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

Спасибо этому дому и хозяину за возможность почувствовать себя в пляжном эпизоде какого-нибудь популярного сериала. Во дворе есть место как для общих веселых посиделок, так и для приватного отдыха, а деревья и море в паре минут ходьбы не даёт захлебнуться от жары. Понравилось всё!

Прекрасный дом. Всё идеально чисто и аккуратно. Очень отзывчивая, спокойная и лёгкая хозяйка, помогала во всём и подготовила для нас очень много дров, как мы и просили. Поэтому у большого, тёплого камина мы сидели каждый вечер по несколько часов в классных удобных креслах и лежали на ковре. Вообще всё очень продуманно в доме, везде столики, стульчики, в любом месте можно с комфортом устроиться. Вокруг свежий воздух и тишина. Море в двух шагах через красивый пролесок - настоящий кайф. Уезжать не хотелось настолько, что серьёзно подумывали о том, чтобы спалить паспорта))

Все было превосходно! Это место для спокойного отдыха. Просторный, красивый дом. Красивый вид из спальни на сосновый лес. Большая зеленая территория. В доме было прохладно, хотя на улице было 30 градусов. Есть парковка у дома. Хозяин отзывчивый, всегда очень быстро реагирует на сообщения. Песчаный пляж в минуте ходьбы. Все сделано для комфортного отдыха для всей семью! Советую этот дом! Теперь это одно из любимых мест в Грузии

الكوخ جميل جداً وفخم للغايه وفيه خصوصيه عاليه والطريق للوصول اليه ممتاز ، المضيفه فيكا كانت جداً رائعه ولطيفه واستباقيه ولم تتركنا نحتاج شيئ حقاً سيكون مسكني دائماً في باتومي بالتاكيد اجمل كوخ في باتومي بالطبع ،،

Отмечали Новый год большой компанией с детьми. Дом большой и просторный, есть всё необходимое. Рядом пляж, где можно любоваться красивыми закатами, хвойный лес. Очень тихо.

В апартаментах (вторые слева из 4х) были два кондиционера ( в одной спальне и гостиной), что было немаловажно в июле месяце и всё необходимое для проживания. Две спальни, можно заехать аж вшестером, но будет тесновато тогда в гостиной. В нашей спальне были относительно неплохие матрасы, пружинные, но сверху лежал ещё простой матрас, поэтому спали нормально, без проблем. Барбекю, стол и гамак на заднем дворе. Мари была очень отзывчива и быстро реагировала на наши просьбы и вопросы. Спасибо

Прекрасный уютный домик с частным двором и беседкой. Две отдельные просторные спальни с выходом на балкон. До моря 5 минут через красивую лесную тропу. Есть парковка, что очень удобно. Однозначно рекомендую!
