We had an excellent stay. The home was clean and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to our requests and was very friendly. We would stay here again. We loved the private beach just steps away. The view was awesome. Thank you!

The house and the surroundings are simply amazing. The small house is in a very peaceful, quiet area. The yard is filled with flowers and greenery - and the silence is awesome, you can hear yourself think. It helped getting disconnected from the daily life, which is exactly what we wanted for this holiday. A perfect place to recharge. I would recommend it to anyone, it feels like paradise! Also you are in luck with a host like Marina - she is nice, kind and very thoughtful. She helped us with instructions, she even took a short hike with us, she surprised us with homecooked bread and event pancakes one morning. Will come back for sure, 8 days wasn't enough!! Thank you for everything, Marina!

It's a dream location with unforgettable views. A real oasis of relaxation we will definitely return to . The house very well located by the sea with direct exit to the water , the courtyard behind the house with a lot of shade . The house has about three terraces , we could never decide which one to stay at so nice and soothing was the view . The host Mirela was helpful to us every time we needed.

Beautiful house, with a nice garden in the front and the back. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach, with lots of restaurants and activities walking distance. Additionally, there are a number of beautiful beaches and villages very close by if you want to explore. Katerina is a great host, very polite and responsive. The house is very well equipped, clean and overall perfect for a family vacation.

The place was really beautiful, the house was very big, spacious, each room had its own character and super clean! Also, the house had a breathtaking view of Pelion which you found not get enough of! It was honestly a 10/10 experience

I had a fantastic stay at the house. The house was very clean and I got great communication with Tobias who gave me suggestions on places to visit around the area as well as restaurants. Lots to do in Pefki, Kastri and nice amazing beach nearby! Good food and nice people around! The house has spectacular views over the city and the sea. The property designed with a great taste for aesthetics, has a resort feeling and a relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are on a 5 stars hotel level with private bathrooms in almost every room. The house has a lot of options and corners to relax and read a book, we also had nice breakfasts and family dinners on the terrace and sat together near the fire in the evening. Konstantinos was a wonderful host, that made us feel right at home with nice recommendations and great attitude. I would highly recommend this place for a chil Greece vacation.

Thanks for the nice stay, Spyros! We had booked at short notice and unfortunately only stayed one night because of the storm, but we liked it in Pelagoon villa on Achladies Strand. Villas are arranged around a shared large, great pool with barbecue area and community house. In the community area, there is also breakfast, drinks and from afternoon to evening fresh and well prepared snacks such as burgers and omelettes. Delicious. The villa itself is generously equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large living area with kitchen and all amenities. Impeccably clean! The child loved that Netflix and youtube were available on the TV and of course the large pool. :-) Spyros has an open ear for the concerns of his guests. It is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach including a tavern. Enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with everything. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!

I can’t recommend this enough! This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s just like the pictures, spotless and very well located. I came here with a group of girls for my bachelorette and the two-apartment setup was great. We spent most of our time enjoying the private pool and forest views. There was a variety of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and the bus stop was just down the hill. Our host was available at all times with very helpful recommendations. She met us in person at the airport and brought fresh towels halfway through our stay. Only consideration for other groups would be the neighbors concern around quiet hours. We were approached by them a few times early in our stay as they were very eager to enforce quiet hours from 11pm to dawn. We didn’t have any issues sticking to this, but might be something to note if you are looking for a hen do/stag location.

The house is superb. Has everything you need and more. It’s really located in the most wonderful spot and it’s really great for families who are looking for a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. It’s not a club med regarding verity of activity options around . There is , besides the private beach another most beautiful beach within a 3 min walk . Rare and one of the most amazing places to hang around. A car with you is a MUST. The host , was very nice and helpful and proactive.

It was a very nice week. We are coming back very happy. The hostess is a wonderful person. Helpful and friendly. The area is very interesting which will make us come back for sure. The description does not do justice to the charm of the place. it is a wonderful and authentic area.

The villa is beautiful and well maintained. The view is better than the pictures. We came for a week, a group of 13 people. Each one found is spot immediately. The pool is great and was daily cleaned. Stathis is a great host! He has the best recommendations and he knew exactly what we were looking for. Every small request got immediately responded and took care of. The location is great, which a lot to do around, though it was hard to get out from the pool😊 I would definitely recommend !

One of our best airBNB experiences so far (and we’ve had quite a few great ones!). It was so good, almost tempted to keep it all to our selves :) The place itself is nothing less than astonishing. A vila with your own private top-notch pool in a beautiful garden taken from a movie seen, accompanied with the perfect mountain and sea scenery. But this is only the beginning. The hosts, oh the hosts….. Kostas and his lovely wife took us (me, my wife and our two children) in as if we were family, catering to our every need, surrounding us with care and lots of treats and giving us that warm fuzzy feeling. This was a perfect family vacation (great for couples as well), and we can’t wait to come back!

Wow!!! What an incredible place. My husband and I stayed here the week we got married, and it was perfect. The view of the sea over the infinity pool while the sun was setting is breathtaking and the sun is always shining on the villa. Very clean, spacious and beds are very comfy. Would recommended and we will definitely be back!

This villa is spectacular. It’s very high up so an exciting 2Km trip up from the main road, steep in places with hair pin bends. Wonderful panoramic views. A lovely restaurant 50 metres away and a taverna 500 metres away. George responds quickly to questions. We would home to return one day. Very much

Just returned from a glorious stay on our favourite Greek island- made all the more enjoyable by our stay at Villa kalamaraki. Fred is a superb host, clear and effective communicator. The Villa is well equipped, spacious and perfectly located. The villas was spotlessly clean which was maintained by the friendly cleaning staff every 3 days. You will need a car, quad, bike or taxi unless you want to take the 20 minute walk to Kanapitsa where you can get the water taxi or bus into town. The location of this villa is superb, short descent to a semi private beach for snorkelling and relaxation if you are seeking a change from the well equipped swimming pool. You will not be disappointed Doots 24

We had a really enjoyable stay as a family of four at George’s Villa. We have a three year-old and an eight-year-old who shared the bedroom downstairs we stayed in the bedroom opposite. The only thing to mention is that the staircase down to the bottom floor is a bit precarious, without handrails. There is a safety gate to prevent kids going down there, so was not a problem for us. There is another double bedroom on the top floor. The views from the Villa are incredible it is a very private and peaceful location. There is another villa available next door but there was no one staying when we were there. Car 100% required. Less than 10 min drive to Skiathos town and airport (you can actually see the runway from the villa garden in the distance!)

It is a very nice place for two families, perfectly located near the sea. The house was fully equipped with all the accessories needed for families. There is a swimming pool in the premises for the kids as well. Everything in the neighborhood is accessible on foot (i.e. coffee, tavernas, sea). The Host was very kind and informed us for all the house facilities and the local points of interest. I fully recommend it for family vacations!

Essential you drive to the house via Milies. The house is old style/traditional, very comfortable and well equipped with lovely views, especially from the upstairs balcony, over the sea in the distance. The pool is at the front of the house, alongside the little road, and there are neighbouring properties. This did not worry us but may not be for you if you are after more seclusion and privacy. The pool is very welcome in the heat; my husband enjoyed the challenge and exercise of clearing the leaves out of the pool with the net (there is a line of trees) whenever the wind blew. You can easily walk to the pizza restaurant at the top of the lane and an additional 20 min walk (uphill in places) takes you to six restaurants in the village. Our favourite beach was Papa Nero: car park at the end of Agios Ioannis then walk along to Papa Nero which has coarse sand and is excellent for swimming. There are several supermarkets here too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time here.
