The treatment is good and the house is beautiful

The house overlooks a beautiful valley, overlooking the ruins and walls of Amelia. The swallows flash by the window...a wonderful view. The apartment is super clean and tastefully furnished. Marco was very kind and available to give us information about everything we could use. In Amelia we were treated very well and felt " pampered ". We also had a lot of useful information from the Municipality on how to make the most of our stay , including directions to the most beautiful sites to visit , both at a naturalistic and cultural level

The beautiful home that Flavia and her parents, Fabio and Antonella, rent is absolutely wonderful. The view is breathtaking and the home carefully furnished with antique furniture that adds to the charm and beauty. Amelia is a lovely and peaceful town that everyone should visit! Flavia and her parents are the best -- friendly, responsive and just warm and lovely people. When I visit and see them, it's like seeing dear friends. Their place is the best!

Small but very nice apartment, equipped with everything you need. Everything is clean and tidy. The host was very helpful, especially regarding check-in and check-out times.

We found the perfect rental in Anguillara Sabazia. This home is even more lovely in person. We had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Orte. Arturo was an excellent host - flexible, helpful and great, responsive communicator. Old towns are not always easy to navigate or access, but he made it easy for us with clear instructions and local advice for the train, bus, parking, etc. The apartment was charming and comfortable and the town itself is beautiful, surrounded by stunning locations and an amazing place to stay. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

We were lucky to stay with our children at Jette's property surrounded by olive trees, a large and beautiful swimming pool, flowers and a view that cannot be compared to anything else. Jette and Antonio were friendly hosts where they welcomed us late at night with open arms and with great hospitality. We communicated well in advance and started the first breakfast with homemade apricot jam and bread that they were kind enough to fix for us before arrival. We wanted to experience the authentic Italy, which we absolutely did in terms of area, culture and food - all based on tips from Jette and her husband. We highly recommend this place, we will be back soon 😊

I stayed in this studio for about a month and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is well furnished, complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and is in a great location: a few steps from the station, but in a quiet and not noisy area. There are supermarkets, a park and all the essential activities in the vicinity. The host was always very kind, helpful and attentive. I absolutely recommend this accommodation, both for short and longer stays

Sergio’s place is really done to a high standard. The views are beautiful and in a great location to explore Umbria. Sergio is very warm and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We stayed on New Year's Eve in Giovanna and Federico's house. We had a great time, the house is huge, with lots of attractions to spend a fun and playful evening. The environment is super comfortable, the cleanliness impeccable and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. This house really has everything you need and more. The host was helpful, very kind and always responsive in her answers, thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to spend New Year's Eve with you ☺️

I had a really nice stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was clean, well furnished and perfectly in line with the description. The location is ideal for exploring Viterbo, with easy access to the center. Leonella was an exceptional host: helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail to ensure a great experience. Communication was smooth and gave me useful tips on what to see and where to eat. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Viterbo and feel at home!

Highlight of a 3 week trans-Atlantic/W Mediterranean cruise which was throughly enjoyed, but ended on a special note with our stay and acquaintance with host and family. She offered private tour options in the area which could have included Rome. We opted for a cruise port pick up and a backroads country tour both days of our stay. She is so knowledgeable about the area history and took us to numerous off the beaten path sites that were nearly indescribable in beauty and history. Our last evening we had dinner in her home with her family and arranged to have her take us to the airport the next morning. There were numerous other options she could have provided but time didn’t allow for us to take advantage of. Would highly recommend her flat, small but well appointed and couldn’t have a better location looking directly out on the Sea and several restaurant within steps. Train station nearby to Rome. Thank you again to our host and family for a very special, memorable experience!!!

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

The location of this AirBnB is perfect. It’s on a quiet side street in manageable walking distance from everything. The street and surroundings was extremely charming. The Airbnb was exactly as expected and extremely clean. The only thing I’d recommend is providing more toilet paper (LOL). We would return on another trip to Rome!!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.
