Sonniges Hanggrundstück mit großer Terrasse und wunderschöner Aussicht. Feuerschale mit Grillmöglichkeit, Sandkasten für die Kleinen.. Loipe vor dem Haus, Skigebiete in ca. 25 Minuten. Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

Eckart's little house is unusual and very original. It is very nicely decorated, well-equipped and very clean. Located in a very quiet location and a beautiful environment. We were very well hosted and the communication between us went very well. I highly recommend this listing

There were four of us for a ski weekend in Frieda's place. We enjoyed it very much: By car, the Kühtai ski resort can be reached in about 30 minutes and in the evening we could cook together and sit together comfortably in the accommodation. We had to get salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, but otherwise there was nothing missing in the kitchen for cooking. Communication with Frieda was always friendly and fast. We can definitely recommend the place.

We had a great stay in Sautens. The location is great, an easy drive to all sorts of things to do and shopping. Very walkable to necessities as well as the walking/bike path to other towns. Apartment was very clean and comfortable! One thing to note is that the ceiling height in the kitchen is lower, my husband is 6’3” (190cm) and had to duck a little while helping me cook and do dishes :)

This was a lovely stay. The views are gorgeous, the room is tidy and pleasant, and I had everything I needed. Maria is a very generous and warm person, she's very welcoming to the travelers that pass through this home.
