The home is well equipped, the caretakers lives right next door and are available to help 24/7, Capt rajesh is just a text away with great recommendations for cafes and food, all in close vicinity and lots of options. If you want to truly experience nandi hills, with a spectacular view, secluded ambience, and rustic vibes, enjoying nature, relishing still moments and having a plesant bbq, in a safe gated community, this is the place !

The accommodations offered a delightful retreat. A refreshing pool provided a relaxing space to unwind. Indoor card games were also available for entertainment. The thoughtful amenities enhanced our stay. We truly appreciate the comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The place is very private and discrete in its location. If you are looking for someplace to chill by a private pool space , this is just the right spot . Its whole terrace with pool an amenities thats good for a private party, the rooms are basic but good . 2 bedrooms may sleep 6 . Host is very understanding and helpful. The house help is around. Very secure as the lower floor access is controlled via auomated locks and can only be opened from inside. Very safe

The stay was amazing. Loved the pool and the lawn. Made a few new friends max and jax, their golden retriever and German shepherd. Shamshad was great. Overall it was perfect. No complaints. We will be visiting the other properties soon!!! Thank you Rishab!!

I stayed only for a day but the house is really practical and well made. The location may seem a bit out of the way but we were able to navigate cabs/autos to our location. Rk was very helpful in guiding us through that. It is definitely a very nice house for families/couples with a small ground behind and a rooftop sitting area. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a beautiful Piece of art. I loved the stairs placement, it gives a Disney sort of feelings. Place is located in the centre, everything is nearby. Good places to eat nearby and shopping centre as well. Would love to stay there again.

First thing to say is it is a JNR Jewel. It is close to 4th Block and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The home is very spacious and rooms are big with all furnishings and you can technical invite folks and spend time in the home if you are not interested in traveling in BLR. It is close to Metro which is a big advantage while we still can uber or OLA or auto!! As for safely very safe and sound place and has a park to walk and get fresh air. Kumar and team who does the house keeping is very friendly and sincere and they helped us all along our stay. They strive very hard to keep the home clean!! for folks who are religious, there is a very nice pooja room with a beautiful idol of Krishna!! As for kitchen, it is pristine and you can really do a full meal!! As for laundry, I can’t complain. It has both washer and dryer. So you really don’t need to carry a lot of clothing. + remember great place for a new wardrobe!! Last but not least, an elevator will be great!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful trees, making it a peaceful retreat. My girlfriend and I felt right at home, especially with the thoughtful addition of board games for some fun evenings. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The room on the roof top is wonderful, a little quiet place in the city, a peaceful atmosphere in the whole house. We felt very good to stay there, drink in the morning our coffee on the terrace, surrounded by lot of plants. the room has everything we needed. Close by are plenty of restaurants and caffe's. We most liked the traditional little restaurants with local indian food.

It was a wonderful visit to a busy but peaceful area in Bangalore. Mr. Enayath was a lovely host. We had a hassle free checkin process and he took care of us throughout the stay. All the listed items were present in the rooms, kitchen, bathroom etc. and the property itself was in a very tidy condition. The house cleaning staff was on holiday during our stay, so Mr. Enayath was courteous enough to do the entire cleaning process by himself. He treated us like family members, gave us treats, and was always available for recommendations or a friendly chat. The property is inside a narrow peaceful street, while the nearby area had markets, good restaurants, cafes, readily available public transportation and was always buzing with people. The property is within 45 min from the Airport during busy hours too, and is in close proximity to the Yeshwanthpur and the KSR railway stations as well. What I can say is I felt at home and would recommend everyone to atleast give it a look.

Very comfortable stay! Place is as described. The caretaker stays on the premises and is super helpful. The property is on the ground floor so loading and unloading the car is easy. Parking is right behind the property, a bit of a walk but not a bother.

Dwell well is what Jeevan wishes for you and provides!! My trip was unplanned as I had to rush to B'lore to attend to my daughter who had met with an accident (hit and run case). Jeevan's cozy house was such a heartwarming and restful place in all of this chaos! Very close to Manipal hospital and conveniently located in the happening Indiranagar 100 ft road. I must mention how considerate Jeevan (and business partnerJuhie) were to have accommodated my extended stay by opening the first floor of this squeaky clean house. The 24x7 help, Bimal, is an extremely friendly and efficient caretaker! Kudos to you and your team, Jeevan! Wishing you many more years of hosting! After spending 15days here I genuinely feel a little strange to leave the place. It felt more than a stay. It felt like home!! The hosts are absolutely lovely,polite,warm and welcoming!! The house is beautiful furnished and is equipped with all the essentials right from the fresh towels, kitchen utensils, wifi connections,AC, home cook food( upon request- don’t miss out the fish curry and kid lamb curry absolutely delicious! ) , books etc Neighbourhood is peaceful, clean Location is good a fruit market and Nilgiris is 2 minutes away and a large market where you get everything is 3-4 minutes away. I’m very happy with my stay I’m rating a 5 star!
