This stunningly designed river front villa features a beautiful, private infinity edge salt water swimming pool (7x4m) with Jacuzzi massage jet system. Savor the minimalist, modern yet authentic Thai feel from each bedroom. Throw open the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors to enjoy the views and the large private garden with a river side gazebo.. The Villa is located just at the outskirts of Chiang Mai City in an unusual green and tranquil area between the City and many major attractions of Chiang Mai and Mae Sa Valley. Right at the front of the Ping River, the Villa has 4 AC bed rooms: (3 double bedrooms with enclosed individual spacious bathrooms and 1 additional air-conditioned mansard sleeping room (need to share the bathroom with one of the master BRs - separate entrance to the bathroom – guests of the additional mansard bedroom do not have to pass the other bedroom to use the shared bathroom. The Villa has a private infinity edge salt water swimming pool (7x4m) with Jacuzzi massage jet system. One bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and another one a double rain shower (“honeymoon shower”). The villa features a large living room with TV and wireless internet as well as kitchen completely equipped with oven, stove, large fridge, microwave… There is a large garden with a private river side “sala” gazebo. This villa offers large indoor and outdoor living space with ample sitting areas for lounging, relaxing, or enjoying a party or relaxing time at your private pool overlooking the Ping River and mountain range. All rooms have attached veranda and balcony space as well as river and pool view. The villa features fantastic uninterrupted sunset views over the river and towards the mountains. The style of the villa can be described as “contemporary Thai tropical” with a “minimalist loft touch”, simple and “uncluttered”. The Villa features high ceilings and a lot of ceiling-high glass sliding doors to enjoy the exceptional views. The Villa is purpose built as a “perfect private vacation retreat” for family groups of 6-8 persons with additional beds possible for up to 10 guests. The outside area with swimming pool and tropical garden offers you magnificent views over the Mae Ping River. Outdoor day-beds, garden benches and an own river gazebo are ideal places for you to relax, unwind and enjoy the scenery. There is enclosed under-roof parking for 2 cars (high enough for minibus parking) Catering or private chef service can be arranged to your convenience. We have a second villa for rent (Ping Pool Villa 1) neighboring this property. Both are individual houses and have full privacy – separate garden and seperate private pools – still there is a gate between both neighbouring compounds in case a large group would like to rent both Villas together combined for up to 24 guests. Embedded into the beautiful landscape of the Mae Ping River, Ping Pool Villa 2 provides you with an extraordinary holiday experience that surpasses the quality, privacy and convenience of high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the best of both worlds, as the villa is the middle of a very natural environment, yet located just 1 km north of the Ring Road (no 121) towards many tourist attractions near Mae Rim and Mae Sa Valley. The city is just a 15-30 minute journey. As public transport is limited in Chiang Mai – private transport – e.g. rental car or van with driver is recommended. We are happy to assist you for car rental or van rental at inexpensive local rates. Van rental can be arranged for individual trips or all day usage. It is a 10-15 minute drive to reach the city premise or between 15 to 30 minute drive to locations in the inner city. 5 minutes to the government municipality center, a 10 minute drive to the Chiang Mai Convention center. The villa is conveniently located 1 km north of the ring road (no 121) towards many tourist attractions nearby Mae Rim and Mae Sa Valley. We can assist you for car rental, van with driver rental or taxi. Uber taxis work also convenient for going downtown... We also provide free use of bicycles. The surrounding of the Villa is very convenient and beautiful for bicycling. RATES Web site rates are for up to 10 guests only. For each additional guest there is a surcharge of 200 THB/day LATE CHECK OUT If new guests arrive at the same day check out time is 12.00. Still if there is no pressure we are flexible. There is no surcharge for late check out. MAID SERVICE A basic maid service is included in your rates. Additional maid service is however available @ 100 THB p/hour. NEIGHBORHOOD It is a tranquil residential neighbourhood. Guests are required to keep noise to a level to not disturb neighbours - especially after 22.00 loud shouting, screaming and music are not appropriate. After 12.00 it should be toned down to a level that it does not affecting the neighbours anymore.
