Great place to stay to visit Mae Rim area! Didn't meet Fabrizio in person but the other host and everyone there were very friendly, had a great stay 🙌 The water pressure was a bit strong and it is in nature so there might be insects but overall still very clean and comfortable. Will recommend this villa :)

This is a beautiful home in a pristine location. Everything was as promised and the place was well decorated and a wonderful experience!

Rawat and her mom are the best parents and children.They greeted us with a relaxed atmosphere like a real family.I feel like I have a home in Chiang Mai.I was often nervous when I traveled, but this was a place where I could relax with all my heart. That's the best part of Muan Home. The other best is. Rawat's cooking! You can see that they are all delicious and carefully made.It makes you feel happy when you eat with a gentle personality.I want to go out and go home early, and the rice every morning is delicious and I can't get away from the table all the time. The children ate many times better than usual. My mom has been doing hotel cleaning for a long time, and the bed makeup and cleaning are well done. It's the best location if you like the countryside.Especially, the view of sunset is so beautiful that you want to see all the time. Activities in Chiang Mai were also consulted, and I had many pleasant experiences. My kids and I love this Muan Home and I will definitely go to Rawat and her mom!

Fantastic little spot away from the noise and chaos of the city. Cute house on a beautiful property with screened in windows that can be left open for fresh air while being bug free. The hostess brought me to her friends restaurant for dinner which was delightful, and showed me around the neighborhood. She made a fantastic breakfast and was overall a lovely woman. Thanks for the stay and the hospitality 😊

Good host, good house and good view

I'm Korean. This is a certification shot restaurant, so why aren't there many reviews? It's 100% the same as the picture. I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Bancang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only subtle lighting, it's really emotional. You know, it doesn't mean that you can use it 24 hours a day, right? It was very comfortable with a large table and chairs in the accommodation The fridge was also quite large, so it was very convenient. However, it is not a floor mat, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the spear was a wooden spear, The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. A home key is essential. I personally recommend it. No need to go to a pretty cafe, just buy a coffee You can eat in the garden of the accommodation.👍🏻 Wearing an umbrella on a rainy night Eating local noodles while walking around the neighborhood I really liked that kind of sensibility. Maybe because it was a local area, it wasn't noisy. But in the morning, the chicken was so noisy... like it was next door. If you need a high-quality product, I tried to make it. I tried to make it. The room is very spacious and tidy, and the kitchenware is also very complete. Our family of three has four dining chairs in the room. The swimming pool is very clean. We had a good stay and will come back next time.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Tai was exceptionally friendly, communicative, and understanding throughout our interaction. Although we had to cancel the booking by mutual agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, she was incredibly supportive and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The property itself was exactly as described. I truly appreciated her attitude and would recommend her to others without hesitation.

Great place, 3 minutes walk to Central Festival Mall. Only one thing that made this stay isn't perfect is sewage smell sometimes

Overall, it was a neat accommodation. However, the ants often appeared, so it was a little stressful. I booked a room with a friend, and it was a little embarrassing to know that the room was changed on the day of check-in, but the host handled it well.

Phimhaka is a great host! I can only recommend this place! It was a huge relief to arrive in the silence after two weeks of busy city’s in Thailand. The house has all the comfort you want and it’s a place where you can really relax. Maybe the only discomfort we had was getting there. We’ve rented a car to get there. It was an adventure to start driving left, and getting used with the Thai driving style (with the deepest respect for Thai drivers 😀). In the neighbourhood we found a coffee bar with a very friendly lady and a local restaurant with great food! We’ve had to change our travel plans, and Phimphaka was so friendly to understand, and to provide a solution. Only warm words to her, and I wish her all the best!

Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

My family is so fond of this forest cottage, especially the kids, love the pool, plants and all kinds of animal crawling at night (the host reminded that the tiger can be heard) Kids walking barefoot in the room and yard, this is what it feels like to live in nature.The yard is too big and happy to watch. We drove by ourselves, the location provided by the host was very accurate, found it right away, and also warmly ordered a bonfire for us because it was already dark when we arrived.A lot of fruits and bread were well prepared and we didn't finish eating it for a week. In addition, I clean the house every other day, change the sheets and pillowcases, but also to help wash the laundry, which is really convenient and comfortable during the trip. We stayed for a week before we fell in love with it.

It’s hard to describe the peace and hospitality you feel from this place. Maan and his family, even his village are so kind and helpful to help us travel through this region. This stay is rural- We were in the back of several trucks to find it, and amenities are few, but dinner and breakfast is served to the cabin after walking the fields and waking up to coffee and breakfast where he welcomed MANY curious questions from two Americans. Even in the off season, there were many birds livestock, and green plants - being able to eat the rice from the location of the farmers family is truly a blessing. Beautiful, authentic, nourishing stay. Thank you for sharing your space.

This was an amazing experience that I had with Suppakit. Very helpful and kind. The cabin is located in a beautiful space and felt super nice and cozy that I had a second thought about leaving! I stayed for a month and really appreciated the weekly cleanings and restoration of water and toilet paper. Suppakit, along with the other staff, were able to assist me with anything that I ever needed. I hope that you get to experience this and don’t miss out on an amazing vibe!
