Magnifique maison, dans un endroit splendide. Immensément tranquille. À environ 25-30 minutes du centre de la ville (en scooter). Hôtes généreux et très réactifs dans nos communications. Le seul bémol selon moi : la piscine et le spa gagneraient à être chauffés (peut-être n’est-ce pas commun en Thaïlande). Mais sinon, vraiment, une splendide propriété de 4 chambres, bien divisée, à recommander à quiconque recherche un endroit paisible.

Das Haus hatte eine sehr schöne Lage. Die Familie war sehr nett und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und uns sogar eine Tour über die Farm gegeben. War jeden Cent wert und wenn unsere Reise nicht anders geplant gewesen wäre wären wir bestimmt länger geblieben.

性价比超高，我们住的非常舒服，别墅里一应俱全，房东还和我们提供了很多帮助，提供了各种生活用品，器具，还有包车（包含司机），让我们真正放松自己，畅快旅游，我们一行9人，4个孩子，玩的非常开心，我们期待下次再来清迈。感谢房东给我们提供的帮助，期待下次相聚。

Quiet and well situated amongst all the recreational activities of Mae rim, nice atmosphere.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Great apartment on the top floor with a beautiful view and a pool just a couple of doors away. The location is very lively, with tons of cafes and bars around. The host is a true superhost — very responsive and helpful, all small issues were solved quickly thanks to great communication. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings until around midnight due to nearby bars, but overall I’m really happy with my stay. Thanks a lot!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Natty in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war groß,geräumig und recht sauber. Des Weiteren kann man über den Preis echt nicht meckern und man kann auch Abstriche sehr gut verkraften. Beispielsweise die Duschtür geht nicht ganz zu und dann läuft das Wasser raus, oder der Tisch hat ein paar Macken. Aber im Großen und Ganzen in Hinsicht auch auf das auf dem Preises. Bin ich sehr zufrieden mit den paar Nächten, die ich in Chiang Mai verbringen durfte.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

This is a wonderful three-bedroom apartment, and our overall stay was very satisfying. The unit is located on a higher floor with a wide, open view. You can see the beautiful Doi Suthep mountain clearly on sunny days, and when it's cloudy, the misty scenery feels calm and healing. The apartment itself is quite new—clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The layout is very practical, with two spacious bedrooms featuring queen beds and one smaller room with a single bed, which was perfect for our small group. Everyone had their own space and felt very comfortable. We especially loved the interior design. The soft blue color scheme is tasteful and relaxing—it immediately made us feel at home. To be honest, the stay exceeded our expectations and looked even better than in the photos. Highly recommended!
