This place was so quiet and quaint. We loved the location and had ample space for chilling as a group and sleeping. There was also a lovely Homestay across the street that served breakfast and dinner. The bathroom was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The deck was the best part with a beautiful view. This whole place is basically open air which was unexpected but it doesn’t really get cold enough in Thailand for that to be an issue and there were no bugs! There is no Wi-Fi (great to disconnect) and the hot water wasn’t working while we were there but apparently that should be fixed shortly 🤞🏼. Had a lovely stay overall!

For those who love to stay at home stay, homestay is very nice to stay. Good food. The landlord is very accommodating. The grandmas are lovely and friendly. The weather is very cool.

The pics cannot properly highlight the location, the views, the cleanliness, the kindness of the hosts, the perfection of this home; just book and thank me later when you review for yourself :)) Pai is a wonderful little town but it is difficult to find *proper* accommodations w/ everything working and in perfect condition +++ a perfect location. Tom and his family provided a level of thoughtfulness and kindness that I found warm and inspiring. The little things, organic local eggs, proper butter, fresh local coffee, fresh mangoes & papaya - you get the idea; this place represents the-best-of-the-best for what Pai has to offer - Enjoy and Find out For Yourself :))

The place is wonderful, its simple, clean, hot water works and the village is very peaceful. The family is warm and friendly, we communicated through google translate. They were very accomodating with our food requests (vegan), the breakfast was so generous, they helped us get a ride back to Chiang Mai. Our only issue was the early morning noise from motorcycles during the weekdays but once you accept it as part of life there you just start the day earlier.

Lovely location and place with a great view. We could definitely have stayed a couple of days more. The listing isn't quite right though, since it says 4 guests and picture shows two beds, instead of the posted 1 bed.

Really lovely

2 week stay with my family of 4 in the big bungalow. A nice quiet space and location on the northern edge of Pai. 20 min walk into main town or a short scooter. Great outdoor kitchen and sitting area to watch the cows and birds. The bungalow was very clean and Noi also cleaned whilst we went away for a couple of nights. All amenities worked well and there was A/C in the living room and a hot shower - which weren't included in the description - so that was great. We used the nice pool across the road almost everyday for a small fee (50b for kids and 100b for adults). Recommend for those wanting a peaceful stay in Pai.

I had an incredible stay at this remote property in Chiang Mai. The location was peaceful and surrounded by stunning natural beauty, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I felt right at home. She even provided us with a scooter, which made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat in nature, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and peacefull place, I recommend!

Utopai is not just a comfy place to lay your head, it truly is a life changing experience. The grounds are an absolute dream. We spent our mornings sunning by the pool, our afternoons relaxing by the creek and our evenings taking in the magical energy of the pool house. We stayed at the Stone Garden House which was a perfect set up for two couples. The home is located close to the pool but facing away, allowing you to feel truly secluded in the jungle. Mon and Cliff were wonderful hosts. Both seasoned travelers, they naturally knew when and how to give us space, while still always available, making us feel comfortable and like we were leaving behind a home and new friends in Pai. They accommodated all of our requests - food delivery, scheduled massages and acupuncture on sight, and even set up a birthday gathering! Thank you for sharing your space and energy with us. From four travelers who stay in, own and personally run Airbnbs, one million stars! This place is an absolute gem. ♥️

Cozy place with plenty of space. The accommodation has a deep pool and the possibility of a small breakfast. We rented scooters. Unfortunately, one of them stopped working after a few rides. However, we were not charged for the day. The staff on site was very friendly. However, when visiting Pai, one should keep in mind that the water in this area often comes out of the tap brown, there are more power outages and there are a lot of insects. If that doesn't bother you, you'll have a great time in Pai.

This stay is perfect for wanting to escape the city and surround yourself in nature. The staff were super friendly and accommodating

if you enjoy nature in a farm setting this is prefect. Very peaceful surroundings and the host is very friendly. I would suggest hiring a car and you can explore all natural surroundings. Interacting with elephant was unreal.

we loved this place so much! had the best time in pai and was great having the extra space for the 4 nights we stayed. we wish we stayed longer!!!

The place is a dream. My only regret is not having stayed longer in Pai and in these cabins. It's not that convenient for a short stay given you need to rent a motorbike in the center, but that was already mentioned in the reviews and I still wanted to stay here. if you get a motorbike rent and some snacks, this is unbeatable. women at the main house and friendly and will call a cab for you if needed. Just like the photos, place is perfect for a retreat in nature. Wonderful place, would love to come back!
