I loved the view of the park and the city from the panoramic window. A very creative atmosphere for working from home (nice desk in the room) and relaxation. Large, comfortable bed, TV and private bathroom. Many restaurants, cafes and shops right next door around the park and in the same building are a small kitchen and plenty of opportunities to relax and play sports (free fitness area). I also rented a bike cheaply in the building to explore the sights in the area.

Very lovely and helpful hosts. The location is really nice with beautiful nature views and close to the centre. Would definitely stay here again

Clean convenient stay, walking distance from the main street, within a quiet area. Beds were comfy and clean, equipped with towels, coffee, cleaning and cooking supplies, smart TV and a balcony with an amazing view.

We had a lovely stay at Sakaowduan’s place! The house was in a great location, just 10 minutes from the walking street, with bars and restaurants right outside. The place felt very modern and everything was so cosy. You get a lot of bugs on the balcony at night, and some manage to get in of course, but that’s to be expected in Pai - no sign of any bugs in the room when we arrived! Would recommend to anyone coming to Pai!!

Perfect place for up to 2 adults and a kid or 2 friends who want to stay in a modern room with a stunning mountain view in the center of Pai. A lot of cafes, restaurant etc. directly next to it and less than 100m away from the famous saturday market park with a big playground and a lot of shade to relax.

The room has a bed and a sleeping couch, so ideal for a couple or a family with kids. The property is directly next to the saturday market park with a playground and a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Can walk everywhere.

We had a wonderfull stay here, the owners were so friendly and gave us lots of recomendations for the area and even offered us to do our laundry. I can highly recommend this stay to everybody!

The office space via the secret passage to the second floor is fantastic

This is an excellent place to stay in Pai. It was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of pretty much everything you’d need. Patchaya was an excellent host and very easy to reach if I needed to communicate. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely look to stay here.

The property is ideally located in the countryside between the Saturday Market Park and the city centre. Everything you need is within walking distance. The building has a beautiful roof terrace, shared kitchen, sunbeds, fitness area, and outdoor dining and lounge areas. Will definitely come back.
