Wow, how do I begin? We stayed at Man Ching’s place in Chiang Mai for 2 weeks and it was an amazing time. A great host who always kept in contact to see if we needed help. Amazing location with one of the very best shopping centres in Thailand only a few minutes walk away. And many facilities like pool snooker and ping pong to keep you busy at The One! We highly recommend it and would love to come back

Everything was perfect, the best place to stay and we had a wonderful vacation. The host took care of it immediately whenever there was a problem, so there was no inconvenience in staying, and he provided one cleaning in the middle of a month's stay. The beautiful pool view was also so nice.. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will definitely stay here.

There was a family of three with one child for 10 days. One of us slept on the sofa bed in the living room. The topper on the sofa bed was a little worn out, but it wasn't very uncomfortable for me to sleep on it. I'm 186 and I slept on the sofa bed. It's close to the entrance of Senpe, but it takes a while to walk to the mart in Senpe. There were a few small ants, but I think it's unavoidable. Due to the structure of the building, it is bound to be vulnerable to soundproofing. The pool is the best. I wonder if it uses seawater. As of January, the water is heated by sunlight from noon (12:00) to about 5 or 6 o'clock, so you can swim. You can't do it for a long time in the early morning and at night. I didn't have to contact the host separately while I was there. I had a very satisfying stay. I want to come again by myself if I can. Oh, and E507 is a view of the construction site in front of the window. It's a little noisy because the construction starts in the morning. I had a really nice stay. Thank you, benmo.

I would love to visit here next time again. Accommodation was perfect. It has may facilities, kids friendly, and well maintained. Swimming pool was epic! Clean and calm, kids love to go everyday. Central festival was just across the bridge, recommend for staying with kids definitely!

I had a great stay here. Kate was an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is spacious and calm with a pretty view. The location for me was ideal as it’s reachable by foot to all the shops in Nimman, and very close to the university and forest for walks in nature. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Chiang mai.

Great location across from the Saturday market park and about 12 minute walk to town or 2 minute motor scooter ride away. The natural lighting from the large front window was my favorite also comes with black out curtains. Ac works well and is spacious like a loft style home

We had a lovely stay here, the property is perfect for two people. It was clean, there are all utensils you need in the kitchen to cook. The TV was great. The location is about a 5 min walk from central festival, making it easy to go for dinner or shopping! The host was very communicative and helpful. We managed to lose one of our keycards and the host was so kind & only charged us the cost of a new one. I also left a scarf in the property and the host has agreed to kindly post it to me. I would happily stay here again! The pool is clean and refreshing, the perfect temperature. There are also machines on the ground floor that make iced drinks for a very cheap price.

We lived in this apartment for one week and we liked everything. It is a small but very cozy apartment, a very large shopping center is within walking distance. There is a delivery of drinking water throughout the residential complex, as well as a bus service to many places in the city, according to the schedule.

I stayed for a month and felt like home! The place has everything you need, and really quiet and peaceful. Very close to Central Festival Mall which was really convenient. Ying was very friendly, helped with everything and was very responsive to my questions! Even drove me to the bus station at checkout!

The accommodation was as described and it was good to use the facilities.You can walk from the condo to the Central Festival, so there is no inconvenience in living, and the community facilities are well equipped in the accommodation, so it is good to spend time in the accommodation. If you don't mind walking, there is a local market about 1 kilometer away from the condo, so it's worth a visit every time you get tired of Central.The accommodation is equipped with the necessary items to make sure you don't feel uncomfortable, and it feels well-maintained, so it would be good for long stays.I was grateful that the host always responded quickly and was kind.I recommend it to those coming to Chiang Mai.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Tim's Tim’s Airbnb is an absolute gem for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Tim greeted me in person at check-in, which immediately set a warm and welcoming tone. I was a bit worried about a noise around the building but there was none from his unit. I enjoyed uninterrupted mornings on the balcony and restful day. The apartment had everything: a fully stocked kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and even a vacuum cleaner. Little details like toothbrush and toothpaste added extra convenience. I’d recommend Tim’s place without hesitation to family, solo travelers, couples, or remote workers.

I throughly enjoyed my stay here! Felt right at home. It’s in an amazing location and very close to the mall and food options. Would delivery recommend!

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Wonderful, clean, well-appointed condo with lovely mountain view. Great location just outside the hustle of the city, but easy access to major roads make it feel close to the action. Host was helpful and attentive. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you! 🙏

Had a great stay here! The views were beautiful and the room was cozy. Had everything we needed. The bed was also so soft and comfortable which made the stay even better. The layout of the room was nice and loved the sectional couch it made it feel like there was a separate area even though everything was in one room.

We had a great stay in Chiang Mai. The host was extremely helpful in recommending other ways to see the lantern festival when unfortunately our pre paid tickets were cancelled by our Get Your Guide operator . The accommodation was very clean and the A/C kept us cool. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to other guests.

Perfect apartment in a great location. 2 min walk from a big shopping mall.

Quiet accommodation a little outside the city. Clean gym with AC, cooling pool and sauna. Missed some type of restaurant, if you are going to buy food, you need to go down to the big mall. Tony always responded quickly.

Stayed in May 2025, had an excellent stay. Unit was as per the listing, Christopher was very proactive with communication. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again on my next visit.
