A escasos metros del Acueducto, está perfectamente localizado para visitar el resto de los monumentos de la ciudad a pie. Ideal para visitar el Alcázar, la Plaza Mayor y la Catedral sin tener que coger el coche. Fin de la zona azul a 300m. Muy cerca de la zona principal de compras y restaurantes. Nos encanta recibir a gente!!

Very nice enclave, more than a development (it is called the "Marias"), it looked like a forest with houses placed in the middle. We loved the location. The house, the room and its atmosphere are as shown in the photos. Cozy home full of floral decorations, being there was like being "submerged" in a sea of trees, nature, flowers..... Santiago is attentive, approachable and very friendly, we really appreciate his character and attention, although we could talk a little in person he was always available. Access to the house is easy, with parking around, the room is clean and cozy, with a large bathroom for exclusive use. And everything is super quiet, no noise, just the wonderful birdsong all around. A good experience, and highly recommended. Thank you

Comfortable house in a very quiet town and very close to Segovia , easy to park (at least on the dates we were ). Equipped kitchen and toilet on the ground floor + full bathroom with shower on the first floor , comfortable rooms, quiet area.
