Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.

The place was very easy to check into. It looked exactly like the photos, and was very clean as well. It was in a good safe feeling location too. Matt was always responsive when I messaged him. The noise from upstairs was very minimal, so I wouldn’t worry about that either. All-in-all a great place to stay.

Cassie’s place was stocked with all that we need for the weekend. The place is modern just as the pictures described! Despite being 15 minutes from downtown we had no issues getting ubers/lyfts into the city! The only thing to note is you have to walk through one bedroom to get to another! Wasn’t an issue for us!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was on the smaller side but very cozy and clean! We really enjoyed having our two dogs with us there too and it was nice to have a completely fenced front and back yard for them to hang out. The bed was very comfortable too! I definitely recommend this place and will most likely stay here again.

This place was immaculately clean and very sleek. The bathroom itself is a marvel! It was very quiet in the area. There were restaurants literally a one minute drive up the street. My boyfriend and I saw a show at the Opry that night. Robert’s place was very quick and easy to get to afterwards. The Inglewood Lounge in the area is also a great place to get a drink!
