Alex was an excellent host, communicative from start to finish. The house was lovely and perfect for three sets of parents visiting their kids at Colgate. It was comfortable and clean with lots of style and flare and everything you could need in the kitchen. Alex was also very understanding of a spill (tomato sauce on the dining room rug) and our attempts to clean it. A great all around and comfortable experience!

I can't say enough great things about our stay! The hosts were awesome to deal with...always accommodating and available, the location was perfect...right on the water/ice, the residence exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The location is perfect with a short walk to exceptional fishing. No need to scramble trying to find parking...its all right there for you. We enjoyed a weekend of ice fishing with family and friends and definitely plan on coming back this year. On a scale of 1 to 10...this is an 11! Highly recommend!

Darren's house on Oneida Lake is absolutely precious. It was very clean with lots of space in a quiet and peaceful location. Darren was very responsive and helpful. Family members commented they'd love to go back next year and stay at Darren's house again.

This was the second time staying in this house. We love it! So spacious and spotless!! Has everything you need plus more. Very comfortable environment. My family was staying this second time for my fathers funeral. They were very thoughtful reaching out asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay any better. They were in constant contact. I would highly recommend this air bnb!

This house was perfect for our extended family to stay for Colgate graduation! The views of Lake Moraine are spectacular. There were all the amenities needed. The host, Cora is so friendly and super responsive. She even left out snacks and water for us. I would highly recommend this place.

Our family enjoyed staying in Utica at this home. It was a good location in a safe neighborhood, in walking distance to a grocery store. It was great for our family of 5, we had plenty of space with four bedrooms. Thank you for this accommodation, it was greatly appreciated!

House was plenty big and comfortable to host our gathering. Perfect for a night out to turning stone being only a couple minutes drive.

Great location close to Turning Stone. I hosted my sisters bachelorette party here and there was plenty of room for the bridesmaids! We were able to make a lot of meals in the kitchen and out on the Blackstone grill!

Working with Tim was awesome! He was so helpful and communicative. He even made sure to rearrange the space for us before we came, so that it would be exactly what we needed. So so so WONDERFUL! The whole house was so cozy and a perfect space to gather with family - we plan to rent here again!

The place was fantastic for our situation as my brother lives on Proctor Blvd and walking or driving was so easy to his daughters wedding. The only complaint was the weather. Is there something you can do to rectify that? Kidding. All in all it worked out great and the space was exceptional. Thanks Joan, good luck selling it.

I cannot write enough words to describe how beautiful and spacious the place is. I stayed 2 nights for my graduation with my family and we loved everything about the house. The house can definitely fit more than 10 people. It has everything such as board games, a pool, fire place etc to keep your family and friends entertained. 10/10 best airbnb!!

We have stayed here twice - once for Parents' Weekend in 2022 and then for Graduation 2025. Both times David was accommodating and responsive. The house is a treasure trove of history - the wide beam, antique floors are amazing. The house was very clean. There were 10 of us for graduation and we all had plenty of space. The house is cozy and welcoming. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we would love to stay at 1801 Armstrong House!

We had a small high school girls' reunion with several of us traveling from a distance- we all grew up in this area. The lake log home was beautiful- easy access, beautiful lake view. We had cold, rainy weather, but it was cozy inside and we got to spend time together in a relaxing home that felt like home away from home. The house was well stocked with basics. Place looked exactly like pictures showed, clean, quiet, spacious. Smelled real nice. Plenty of room for all the stuff if staying for a few days. Convenient private parking off the street. Dimitriy is a great host, responds almost instantly, accommodated an extra night stay for me! The place was real easy to find, all the instructions given were precise and clear. Augustin was a great host who went out of his way to help me with coins for laundry as well as help me when I accidentally locked myself out in the middle of the night. Great guy!

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.
