We LOVED our stay at Hannah’s home! My boyfriend and I love peaceful and relaxing environments when he visits and her home could not have been a more perfect fit for us. Hannah was extremely friendly throughout our stay and always responded quickly to any questions we had. The seating area in the kitchen and the bathroom skylight were to die for, too. Thank you for such a great stay Hannnah! Anyone considering staying here will not be disappointed. We will 100% be trying to return the next time he visits.

We loved our stay at The Seedling Guest House! It was very easy to find and has ample parking! We had enough room for our large pickup truck and U-haul trailer. The house is adorable! We loved the quaint boho-chic decor. It is so beautifully decorated and very comfortable and welcoming. The couch is super comfortable and seated 5 of us comfortably. The beds were very comfy, too. We were able to bring our Beagle and he was welcomed with food/water dishes and doggie treats! The host was very quick to respond, as well. The location is excellent, with some really nice restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We highly recommend Dewey's Pizza, Cafe Birdie, and Wasabi. All have really delicious food and excellent, friendly service. All are within walking distance of The Seedling. I wouldn't return to Sacred Grounds Cafe, though. The muffins were tasty, but that was all they had in the way of pastries. Not much variety, and the service was very cold and sub-par.

The home was beautiful. It fit us nicely. Mitchell was super responsive and was even able to accommodate us for an extra night when our plans changed. We will definitely look to stay at the property again the next time we are in town.

I love her placet was so clean and wash well stocked with needed supplies. l her set up it was beautiful and so comfortable i would stay here anytime I come back to visit. I recommend to anyone. I enjoyed my stay.

Satisfied - The host is a very nice lady and we were communicating all the time. The place is as advertised, somebody in my party mentioned the place “looked old” but I think it’s part of the charm. We had an issue with a door that opened during our stay, we came back and it was open but the host was nice enough to provide a fix, it was an extra lock from keeping it from opening. We are very thankful for Charlotte being able to let us stay there. I hope she continues hosting more people.

Coming from out of state for my nieces wedding, it was fantastic for all of our ext. family. We had breakfast in & an easy walk to Dukes Bakery!! Way Beyond plenty of room, 4 large bedrooms, huge dining room table & living room sectional. Great lay-out. The amenities were unbelievable, making us not want for anything. Speaking of that, Angela didn't leave a stone unturned! She truly is the hostess with the mostest!! Our communication/questions were promptly answered & she so wonderfully allowed us to check in earlier than the rules stated!! Both outside patios, front & back were so nice, great convo areas! Definitely a Gem of a Place & Exceeded All of our Expectations! Thanks for Everything Angela but mostly letting us Enjoy the Heart of Historic Alton in Your Fantastic Home!!

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It was in a great location—quiet, yet close enough to local shops and restaurants. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out easy and seamless. One note of caution for families traveling with younger children: the staircase inside the home does not have a gate, which could be a safety concern for little ones. We managed just fine but would recommend bringing your own gate or taking extra care if you’re traveling with toddlers. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. A great place to stay while in St. Louis. My 2nd time staying at this location and will continue to anytime im in town.

This place was a very fun and unique stay. The converted school house has interesting history. The apartment is very spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The coffee shop downstairs has a very fun and funky atmosphere and great drinks. The available homemade pastries and quiche looked amazing too! It’s conveniently located to shopping and sightseeing. Highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity. The one downside i can come up with is there are 3 locked doors to go through in order to get into the apartment upstairs. Not a big deal though.

It was great clean and comfortable

Although it's a small space, it's cozy and has everything you need! Stephanie was extremely responsive and was very flexible and accepting of our pets staying with us. The space was private and comfortable and it perfectly met our needs.

Our stay was for 4 nights. We were there for my Son’s wedding, and Spring was very quick to communicate and was very kind and helpful. There was an iron, ironing board, and a steamer which came in extremely handy! The porch was a wonderful and private place to sit with a cup of coffee or just to visit with family. The appliances, kitchen utensils, pans, plates, etc were more than adequate and made it easy to store and prepare food. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with thoughtful extras. Our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend Spring and her home if you need a place in the St. Louis area!

We traveled here for my sister’s wedding, Janet was super responsive and extremely pleasant to work with! She was flexible and answered any and all questions in a time and pleasant manner! I would 100% visit again and would recommend this place! Thank you Janet again you made our trip very nice.

We had a super time the couple days we were there. It is perfectly located in conjunction with family we were visiting, eateries etc. Beautiful, clean, comfortable - we really enjoyed it and most definitely recommend!!

Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host, Marie, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, providing helpful recommendations. Marie made Christmas truly special for our family. The communication was seamless, and check-in/out was a breeze. The location was ideal – peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Leah's airbnb. Everything was wonderful and they were extremely nice and helpful in every communication. We would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.
