The home, lovingly called “The Birdhouse”, was built by hand in 1900, and has all the charm of hand hewn boards, solid wood floors, and tall ceilings. Rumor has it, the original home owner, and namesake of the road, was a prolific moonshiner. The house features two beds, one queen and one full in separate rooms, one full bathroom, and a complete kitchen.

This quiet, little cottage overlooks a horse pasture that currently houses and mare and her foal.

The space is bright, airy featuring a queen-sized bed, bar area (no stove or oven), 1 bathroom (standup shower only) & a lovely back porch. The space is complete with smart TV, WiFi, and a work space. We may NOT have ALL the sports channels. The space has its own entry, 2 dedicated parking spaces, a/c control, privacy.
