The apartment is located in a upscale neighborhood (the marina). It was very safe with guards that were never visible yet were always there to help in case they were needed. Parking was very accessible and private. The apartment was tastefully decorated and climate control was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at this beautiful apartment was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, everything was smooth and effortless. The house is impeccably clean, exactly as pictured, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities promised. Its location couldn’t be more convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it ideal for getting around the city and also shops, banking facilities and ATM machines The host Yossef was also very gracious and attentive, despite it being the Eid holiday, he remained readily available to respond to all my enquiries and went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. He even arranged for a friendly staff member to welcome me, assist with errands, and be on hand throughout my stay. This combination of warmth, convenience, and reliability makes this home a gem in Casablanca. I would absolutely recommend it again and again.

A great place for everyone, especially couples who want to feel at home. It's quiet, clean and very secure. The accommodation is very well equipped, the living room, the bedrooms, the bathroom and the kitchen are superb! The apartment is in a clean and quiet residence with a caretaker present h24. The area is nice with lots of greenery and shops. The landlord is very available on things the caretaker can't solve. It travels at any time if needed. My wife and I loved our two weeks spent there. We would highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed this terrific stay and Abdellah was very kind and a wonderful host. We loved sitting on the private balcony and listening to the birds and watching the ocean. Definitely recommend this home. Flowers and palm trees were just beautiful nestled in a safe and walkable community.

Everything about this place was very nice. The security outside are so kind, abdelkarim is amazing and super attentive. My only concern was the apartment was very under stocked so I had to go and buy everything like toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper and etc. the bed was not king size like described in the listing. The WiFi is pretty bad too and we lost connection the last 3 days we were there with no WiFi service. Aside from that, everything was good and location is awesome.

It was an amazing apartment. It had beautiful views. My Cousins and I had a great stay and the location was perfect. The owner was responsive and helpful. All the amenities were available. Had a great time and we miss it already. Definitely recommend.

Great beachfront spot in Casablanca! Stayed at this cozy apartment right by the beach, and it was perfect for a chill getaway. Super close to the ocean - less than 1 min walk - and there’s even a surf school nearby if you’re into that. The place itself was really clean, nicely decorated, and had everything one would need. The host was super friendly and quick to respond, which made things easy. Awesome location if you want to be near the water but still close to restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again!

Ghislane is an amazing host. Her responses were always prompt and kind. She anticipated our needs and even offered to organize a taxi ride to pick us up when we arrived after midnight at the airport. She also accommodated us when we requested to stay 2 hours later than checkout as our next acommodation could not allow us to check in until 3pm. We had several pieces of luggage and no where to go with it before we could check in. We had everything we needed and our rooms were spacious. The beds and especially, the pillows were so comfortable. The neighborhood has local coffee shops, a few restaurants, a patisserie, a pharmacy and small convenience stores within walking distance. In addition, this gated community has a security guard who helped us find our apartment and assisted us with our luggage. I would gladly return to this home if I were to return to Casablanca.

Fdil is excellent to deal with. Her location is the best. Being closer to the CMN airport and surrounded by shops and restaurants, made our stay enjoyable while waiting for our flight. Fdil also has a transportation company that can be used as a shuttle to and from the airport at a reasonable price. I highly recommend both services Fdil offers, accommodation and transportation. My family and I would love to stay at Fdil’s place in the future again and again ❤️.

The accommodation is located in the center of Casablanca by the sea in a super secure area, and it is ideally located: Very close to Menara Mall and Hassan 2 Mosque, close to the Medina and Casa Port station which brings you to the airport. You also have free parking in the residence. How do I do better?! It made us want to come back because it felt like home with a very modern/chic decoration. The kitchen has the essentials, but is a little set back from the rest of the apartment (for those who plan to cook...). The highlight of the apartment being the view of the sea which is breathtaking from the terrace of the living room... But also on every terrace in every room! Yes yes yes! Mamoun is very responsive and available for the duration of the stay. Its goal is to have the best possible stay. Recommended accommodation and will return on my next visit to Casablanca!
