Khaledullah Yafakah and Um Ahmed, the resident, may Allah be pleased with it, is worthy of evaluation above the excellent and true first time, but it is definitely not the last time ..

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at tarek’s place from the moment i arrived.

Stayed for two nights and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location, peaceful, yet surrounded by plenty of things to do. It was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Cairo Festival City. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Dr. Mohamed provided detailed instructions, and he made sure that I understood everything. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, making me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. second time in Mr Ashraf's house, as clean as usual. I will definitely choose it again when I stay in heliopolis next time. But the AC is too old and noisy which is not suitable for cruel summer.

I had a great stay here, I was amazed when I first walked in.. the property is even better than the pictures. Mostafa was super kind and helpful, he was always on hand if I had a question and recommended nearby locations to visit. The compound itself was very safe and peaceful. The pool area was lovely and there were a few parks dotted around for the kids too. Shops, restaurants etc were just a short walk away so location was perfect. I will definitely be booking this apartment again when I come back to Egypt. Thank you Mostafa
