splendido appartamento a due passi dal centro del paese. Ovovia, sentieri, noleggi di biciclette e motoslitte a 5 minuti a piedi. la casa è triesposta, con un balconcino bellissimo. le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza dell appartamento e del panorama.siamo stati benissimo, c era tutto il necessario. speriamo di poterci tornare in futuro.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen unvergleichbaren Ausblick auf den Comer See. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe abseits der durch Touristen überlaufenden Orte am See sucht ist hier optimal aufgehoben. Der Weg dorthin gleicht einem kleinen Abenteuer, welches Dank der Wegbeschreibung gut zu meistern ist, sofern man sich der Herausforderung italienischer Straßen stellen mag. Fußläufig ist die Unterkunft nur erreichbar mit zeitlich sehr grosser Aufwendung und körperlicher Fitness.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Paolo è gentilissimo, ci ha aspettato fuori casa al nostro arrivo e ci ha mostrato nei dettagli l'alloggio completo. L'appartamento è molto caratteristico, accogliente, caldo e dotato di tutto lo stretto necessario per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante in mezzo a splendide montagne innevate visibili dalle finestre.

Ich hatte eine Super, ruhige und erholsame Zeit in der Wohnung. Alles war perfekt sauber und auch die Kommunikation hat immer sehr gut funktioniert! Ich konnte trotz relativ schlechtem Wetter einige schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge zu Fuss unternehmen. Die Natur rund um die Wohnung ist wunderschön und der Hotpot hat auch seinen Zweck erfüllt 👍 Danke Chiara und Familie für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! La casa era esattamente come descritta, pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione era ottima, vicina a tutte le attività sciistiche e l’atmosfera davvero piacevole. Il host è stato estremamente disponibile e attento, fornendoci tutte le informazioni utili e rendendo il check-in e il check-out facili e veloci. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la tranquillità, un’attenzione speciale ricevuta Senza dubbio consiglierei questa casa a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole e senza pensieri. Spero di poter tornare presto!

Casa che ha tutto il necessario pulita, ordinata e accogliente con un ottima gestione dello spazio a disposizione, mi piace che oltre al tema dello “Scoiattolo” Claudio ci abbia messo del suo come la sua raccolta personale di DVD apprezzatissima piena di film cult, la zona è tranquilla e il posto è suggestivo, abbiamo anche portato il nostro cane che ha potuto fare delle bellissime passeggiate e sicuramente anche lui si è trovato a suo agio come noi all’interno dell’abitazione, ottimo anche lo spazio del box non indifferente per chi magari ne ha necessità. Claudio chiaro e diretto nelle info e infine concludo la recensione menzionando i biscotti che ci ha regalato e che ho mangiato nei giorni della mia permanenza a colazione molto buoni e apprezzati.

The apartment doesn’t have modern renovations and features classic furniture, but it is very cozy and quiet. The nearest shop is just 10 meters away. The Arlecchino ski lift is 300 meters (about a 5 min walk), and the Larici lift is also within 5 min walking distance. Everything is easily accessible on foot. Gabriele and Alessandra provided very clear check-in instructions and were quick to respond to all our questions and requests. Since our car was too large to fit in the underground garage, they arranged a permit for us to park on the street near the house. There is also a private ski storage room in the basement. But if you’d prefer not to carry your skis or walk in ski boots, you can rent lockers at Deghi Sport! We’d be happy to come back again!

Waren hier voor 1 week en wat een geweldige plek ! Ruim appartement, uitzicht is fenomenaal , zwembad geweldig . Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie. Een auto is wel aangeraden want 2 km naar dorpje beneden en het meer via steile weg . Een bakker , mini supermarkt en pizzeria op loopafstand . De tuin is prachtig en de host reageert heel snel indien je een vraag of suggestie hebt . Een absolute aanrader om het noordelijk gedeelte van het Comomeer te verkennen

Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber sehr sauber und mit einer schönen Aussicht. Alle Geräte (Klimaanlage, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Ofen, Kaffeemaschine) haben sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist so gesehen etwas ungünstig, da man zu Fuß recht lang ins Dorf laufen muss. Zu empfehlen ist hier ein kleiner Weg (der jedoch recht steil ist), direkt ins Dorf. Ansonsten sehr schön alles und auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber hat reibungslos und einfach funktioniert.

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

Meine Partnerin und ich waren zwei Tage dort. Um uns einen verlängerten Besuch zu gewährleisten, passte Stefano die Check in-/out Zeiten an, sodass wir das Airbnb ein bisschen länger geniessen konnten. Die Lage ist traumhaft und Monique ist äusserst freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

The apartment features a beautiful and simple design with stunning views of the mountains and passing trains — truly a highlight of our stay. It’s well-equipped with most of the essentials, making our visit comfortable and enjoyable. We did encounter a couple of minor issues: the Swiss-type sockets were a bit inconvenient, and while the host kindly explained the situation, no adapter was provided. Additionally, the large garbage container outside was locked, which made waste disposal a bit difficult. Despite these small drawbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Unglaublich schöner Ausblick. Etwas schwierig mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein kleines Auto ist empfehlenswert sonst kommt man nicht durch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr lieb. Alles in allem sehr schön!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beim nächsten Mal nutzen wir auch den SPA Bereich. Uns gefiel vor allem die Lage, perfekt zum Wandern, sehr ruhig und trotzdem gibt es einige gute Restaurants und die Promenade in Laufdistanz. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec nos 4 adolescents. L appartement est spacieux situé dans une ruelle au calme à 2 pas du centre ville. nous avons profité des pizzas à emporter de la trattoria juste au pied de l immeuble, c était parfait pour notre visite du lac de Côme. nous avons aussi trouvé que Menaggio était vraiment une très bonne option pour visiter les alentours, moins embouteillé que les villages voisins, à proximité des villas Carlotta, Balbianello... nous sommes tous ravis de notre séjour! merci beaucoup

Rolig og flott sted, leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen. Vi var 6 voksne som hadde ei flott uke i leiligheten med flott utsikt. Vi leide sykler fra @Bike it! Bellagio, veldig god service her også. Fint å sykle å oppleve nye steder, ferge fra Bellagio gikk til begge sidene av innsjøen og var lett tilgjengelig 😊
