What a beautiful place! We booked last minute and Heather was most accommodating! Great amenities, nothing was overlooked. Her art studio was beautiful and we had great conversation before we checked out later than expected. We slept so well, we slept almost until checkout, her and her husband were happy to hear that our stay was very comfy. My fiancé and I would recommend above the rest in the area❣️ Thank you again Heather

The Biker Chicks(four senior ladies from Nova Scotia) enjoyed our stay at Knotting Hill for our 2025 biking trip. We did a few of the trails. Dynamite was our favourite, along with biking the side roads of Mader’s Cove. Very comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and wildlife to watch from the deck. Cottage was spacious and tastefully decorated. We visited both of the charming towns of Mahone Bay and Lunenburg which were a short drive away. Jacqueline our host was a gem. Very helpful and responsive. I definitely would recommend this rental.
