Holiday rentals with a sauna in Madeira Island

Great apartment, perfect location. Would defo stays again!

Logement bien situé et bien équipé face au centre commercial Forum Madeira. Milla est une hôte très réactive et les explications d’accès et d’utilisation du logement sont très claires. L’accès à la piscine de l’hôtel adjacent est un bonus non négligeable. Seul petit bémol, le lit un peu petit dans la chambre, pour le reste tout est conforme à ce qu’on attend d’un logement de vacance.

Een prachtig appartement met mooi aangelegde tuin en verschillende zitjes met schitterend uitzicht op Ponta do Sol en de oceaan. Rustige locatie op platteland. Alleen gingen af en toe de honden tekeer, maar dat duurde nooit lang. Heel fijne plek.

Alles super! Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Die Lage ist optimal. Von dort aus kommt man über all gut hin und es gibt über die Straße direkt ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt. Danke !

We just finished 2 magical days at Patricia’s home and cannot say enough incredible things of her place. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL, with an amazing pool and jaw dropping views. In addition to this she was so accommodating to us and made sure we were comfortable the entire time!!! Uber’s and Bolt’s are easy to call and extremely affordable. We did not want to leave and are already planning our next trip to her home!!

This property is absolutely stunning! Myself & 8 friends booked both Blue & Green boat for my 40th. Had an amazing time. Ligia is a wonderful & accommodating host, I highly recommend these properties as a base to explore beautiful Madeira.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The photos don’t do it justice — the view from the terrace is breathtaking and the whole place has such a peaceful welcoming feel. Waking up to the ocean view with the sound of the levada and having coffee was a highlight every day. The house itself is beautifully put together — clean and really well equipped with everything we needed. The garden is a little oasis and having the BBQ and sauna was a treat. It feels really private and quiet tucked away at the end of a lane near banana fields and a levada — exactly what we needed to relax!. Kevin was brilliant — super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy. Free parking in the garage was a bonus too. We didn’t want to leave. Would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic break in Madeira.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern. Die Aussicht auf Funchal ist wunderbar, ob aus dem Bett oder der Sauna! Es war alles sehr sauber und genügend vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit Dem Gastgeber war ebefalls sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Parkplatz vor dem Appartment ist sehr konfortabel. In die Stadt hat man ca 10-15Min mit dem Auto (Alternativ Uber/Bolt ca 10 Eur). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens.

We felt very relaxed and comfortable at Antonio’s lovely house and the garden and views were impressive. We appreciated the interesting features in the garden with its nature feel and enjoyed the pool and sauna which we thought was a real asset for the place. The house is interesting and cared about and Antionio was an excellent and helpful host. We were glad of the car we hired to access shops, restaurants, beach and walking areas as without one would be difficult but it suited us really well as 4 adults who wanted a base from which to explore Madeira.

Vila Rosa is absolutely magic. It's in a beautiful and very quiet location, nestled up in the hills overlooking the sea about 40 minutes drive from Funchal. The house is huge with anything you would need for a family of four on holiday, including luxuries like private parking, ensuite bathrooms and a large pool. Kevin and his team were very accommodating from start to finish and addressed any problems and questions quickly. Our only stress with the property was getting in and out of the gates, when we were not used to the Madeiran incredibly steep hills. But again we got great advice from Kevin's team and access to the lower gate so this was quickly resolved and we were able to park with limited stress. I would not hesitate to recommend the beautiful villa as a base for anyone visiting Madeira, you won't regret it.
