Farmstay holiday rentals in Madeira Island

Stay was great the house is brilliant. We had some disappointment that the pool heater was broken but the host compensated us for this which was an amicable solution . House has amazing views and is super quiet and relaxing with games and great amenities.

We felt very relaxed and comfortable at Antonio’s lovely house and the garden and views were impressive. We appreciated the interesting features in the garden with its nature feel and enjoyed the pool and sauna which we thought was a real asset for the place. The house is interesting and cared about and Antionio was an excellent and helpful host. We were glad of the car we hired to access shops, restaurants, beach and walking areas as without one would be difficult but it suited us really well as 4 adults who wanted a base from which to explore Madeira.

Just back from a great stay! Photos of the accommodation didnt do it justice - the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. All the little things had been thought of (beach towels, coffee maker with filters etc) and the welcome pack of maderia wine, fruit and biscuits was really thoughtful. Our host was excellent at communicating and great at giving suggestions. We’ll be back!

This was a delightful place to stay. Very private and so many facilities for a small place. Beautiful views, swimming pool and honesty bar. A total hidden gem.

Adriana war immer erreichbar und es war super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern und alles war sauber! Check- In und Check- Out ebenfalls total unkompliziert. Kommen gerne wieder her 😇

The house is perfect. Only minus was the road renovation project, 2 times during our stay. To walk the dog nearby was a small problem, but driving further solved the problem. Veronica answered our questions promptly. Thank you for a good holiday. Small villages nearby are worth visiting, Ponta do Sol as well is very interesting.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Meer hinunter. Sehr schön waren auch die vielen Pflanzen in und an der Unterkunft. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und es empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen (Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus). Zum Wandern ist die Lage großartig, in der Nähe gibt einen Einstieg zu einen der Levadas von Madeira. Wer fit ist, kann sogar direkt nach Rabaçal, Risco und 25 Fontes aufsteigen. Silvia war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war sehr schnell. Ich habe meinen Urlaub sehr sehr genossen.

Quinta Ribeiro was een heel leuk, praktisch huisje met alles erop en eraan. Rustige ligging, fantastisch uitzicht. Geweldige faciliteiten buiten, wij hebben dan ook volledig buiten geleefd. Een toplocatie! En elke vraag die we hadden, werd vrijwel onmiddellijk door Ivo beantwoord: geweldige host!

The Airbnb is great, lots of outdoor space and a stellar view. It has everything you need to cook, and it has a lovely shower! The view from the bedroom is amazing. It's a good base to explore the island from. The road down is narrow and very steep, we didn't have a great car and it struggled to get up the hill, so we parked on the road above and walked the two minutes down to the Airbnb.

Quiet and beautiful location surrounded by banana plantations. Quiet region of the island, 40 minutes from the airport. Very easy access to Fanal Forest and walks in that region. Responsive host, very clean house, spacious with all listed amenities. Well stocked kitchen for cooking at home. We used the space as a home base to explore all region of the island and I would recommend the space for groups, couples or families to explore from.

The accommodation was clean and well-organized. If you're looking for a quiet place that's still not too far from the city, I definitely recommend it. Ana was very kind and helpful with us — we really appreciated it!

The gardens are absolutely beautiful and we loved interacting with the animals. There are a few other rentable units onsite, but we never had an issue with other guests as there are multiple areas to relax and unwind throughout the property. We were greeted immediately upon check in and provided with a traditional Madeiran wine tasting, as well as fruit from the farm. The bedding was comfortable, but the towels were very rough, however this is most likely due to stringent cleaning methods, so it was no real cause for concern or issue. Overall, the gardens were incredibly peaceful and calming and we were happy with our stay.

Nous avons séjourné à deux pendant une semaine en mai. La maison, au cœur d’un verger paisible, est un véritable havre de paix. Le propriétaire nous a gentiment permis de profiter des produits du jardin : fruits, légumes, un vrai plaisir. Spacieuse et propre, elle convient parfaitement à quatre personnes, avec deux chambres similaires et une véranda offrant une belle vue. Le temps étant changeant, nous avons peu profité de la terrasse. La maison ne dispose pas de chauffage central, mais deux chauffages d’appoint. L’accès et le stationnement sont un peu délicats, mais comme partout sur l’île. On s’y fait vite, et les routes sinueuses ont même leur charme ! La localisation centrale est idéale pour explorer l’île. En résumé, un excellent séjour que nous recommandons vivement.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Die Umgebung, das Haus und alles rundum sind einfach nur traumhaft. Absolut empfehlenswert.

We had a fantastic time at Torre Bella Gardens. The grounds are lovely, with lots of places to sit and enjoy a book and some sun. We were sent a comprehensive catalog of things to do on the island and enjoyed many of the recommendations. We would happily stay again, thank you!

Such a nice and beautiful house to stay in while visiting Madeira. Amazing view under a beautiful landscape. Carolina was extremely responsive and provided us help when required. The jacuzzi is a must

João is an exceptionally friendly and proactive host. The Villa and the Pool are in the most scenic Environment and the Infinitiy Pool is the cherry on top. We came as a group of 6 to both work and spend some time in nature. Fully recommendable!

The stunning villa overlooks the east facing mount of Calheta to the sea and has gorgeous sunsets! The place is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. To have a pool to relax in after a day exploring, watching the sunset is a memory I will revere!

Leonel’s home was beautiful and exactly as pictures. Leonel met us at the property and shared lots about the area and had wonderful recommendations. The house had lots of space for 2 or a family and it is very close to lots of beautiful activities. We had a wonderful stay.

Carlos’s place was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay – the property was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and everything was well taken care of. A special thanks to Carlos for the warm hospitality and helpful communication throughout. Would definitely love to come back someday. Highly recommended!

this place was great! it's in a cute area bear ponto do sol, lots of parking, and just a short walk from some hikes. Rodrigo was very helpful and responsive, the place was great, and his cat is so cute and friendly!

Die Casas Na Ilha war sehr sauber, gross und wunderschön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Pool und die Küche waren super für grosse Gruppen sowie hatte jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer. Wir würden wiederkommen. Isabel hat sehr schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert und das Check-In mit dem Türcode war sehr einfach und praktisch.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Haus! Eins der Airbnbs, das in echt exakt wie auf den Fotos ist. Gastgeber reagieren schnell auf Nachrichten, einzig die Heizung ist etwas speziell und funktioniert nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten.
